Lies, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
I bought this app SPECIFICALLY because it says IR remote controller. That is simply a lie. They REQUIRE you to connect to your WiFi to find any tv they can connect to. I WANT AN IR CONNECTION NOT A WIFI CONNECTION!!!
Great Remote
Easy to use. You can use it from further away. Very handy when you’ve lost your standard remote.
Regrets
I broke my tv remote and bought this app as a replacement. It was great at first for about a week, but it glitches unbearably now. It seems like soon as I upgraded to the annual subscription, the app started to malfunction.

I couldn’t even test the app before I could decide to purchase. So many ads got in the way. I feel like I was being bullied into a purchase. Nope.

It doesn’t work sometimes
I downloaded this app about a month ago. At first the ads were obnoxious and so I bought the payment method to make it ad free. It worked sometimes. But then it started not detecting my tv for some reason. This past week it did but just decided not to today. I am connected to the WiFi on both devices. I tried on my iPad and my phone. I restarted my phone. I took myself off the WiFi and then turned it back on and it still won’t connect or detect the device. I emailed the support system and they haven’t responded. I think this app has a lot of issues that need fixing and I don’t blame them for wanting to make money but the excessive ads at first were really annoying and obnoxious that you couldn’t press 3 buttons without getting an ad. Then the whole connection thing is a little frustrating to say because it really makes no sense. If you want to charge people and/or make them watch ads at least make your app good enough to detect a tv that is on in general.

Can I give it less?
If I could go less than 1 star I would. It disconnects constantly. When it is connected, it lags. Soooooooo many ads. Super laggy. Terrible app

$7.99 per week for a app remote that only one person can use, when the physical one cost $20-$30.
