Lost my reward
I had finally save enough stamps to use my reward when I was forced by the app to log back in (they wanted to collect more data on me which I refused). Now after logging back in my reward is lost as is my previous history making the app useless. Please fix asap - I have already emailed your customer service but to no avail. You need to sort this out, it keeps happening actoss accounts.

Very useful app. I like how easy it is and available in many places
All cards gone when switching to a new phone
Account seems to be associated with device, so when I switched to new phone, despite using the same log in all my cards were gone and a new ID was set up. Contacted them - never heard back. Customer support doesn’t seem to exist. Disappointing.
App Doesn’t Work
Can’t even sign-up, tried with both email & phone but the app says “Check connection & try again”. My connection is fine, I’m posting this review now on the same connection.
Update messed it up
A recent update and auto log out has messed this app up. Used to be easy to use.
Backwards Steps
Was great, simple, effective and worked offline - this was critical as the venue I used this at has no phone signal. Turned up this morning and it forced me to sign in which could not be done without phone signal or WiFi. Several others experienced the same thing with the venue having to promise double stamps etc in future which gets awkward. So, stamp missed and annoying UX lead to an average two stars.

Got locked out and lost my stamps
Embargo is much better. This app has no log out function and I got kicked out and lost my stamps
Option to switch distance unit from miles to km?
Since the app is available in countries that don’t use miles, it would make sense to include an option to change the distance unit. Having to manually convert the distance to kilometers isn’t great for the user experience when the app could easily handle it automatically. Similar to the language settings, there could be a setting to switch the distance unit.

Time to ditch the cardboard
This is a great app and very easy to use. I had an issue which was quickly resolved by the easy-to-contact and friendly customer services team. So much better than carrying around (and losing) multiple small pieces of cardboard. Recommend!
Data and vouchers lost
This is the second time that my data, account and vouchers (7 vouchers for Drop Shot Coffee Wimbledon) have been deleted. The last time the data was restored only when switching to a new phone.
When trying to log back in the app thinks I am a new customer. No data nor history is restored.
Have tried to reach out to Magic Stamp’s customer service weeks ago but they have been unresponsive to date…. Do not trust this app.

Deleted my rewards!
I’ve been using this and I qualified for a free coffee and then all the app restarts and I have to log in again when I sign in none of my previous stuff is on there. They don’t have an option to log out and try a different account you can only delete accounts. So basically they don’t save your information on your log in. Rubbish app! I wish the Deli I go to would use a real card instead of this.

Loss my account history
Had a problem I loss all my history of use of the app I contacted magic stamp and they sorted it out straight away very customer service.
Great app
I have been using this app for a while and recently had a problem with my stored rewards. I contacted Magic Stamp who came back to me immediately for details of the problem and then resolved it. Great customer service… highly recommend.
Broken
Keeps logging me out and removed/didn’t give me my free drink. Contacted support - no response.
Excellent Customer Service
Magic Stamps customer service is excellent!! Very quick to respond in such a supportive way ... "We're here to help !" The problem, of my own making, was resolved on the same day. Thank you !
Dissapointing
Removed all my stamps while upgrading.
Useless
The purchase order from my app disappeared after I was logged out and had to log back in. Don’t be fooled into using this app. It’s also slow and glitchy (as well as being useless).
Watch out! New update deletes accumulated stamps and rewards
As said above, deleted my stamps and rewards when added phone number to login to a new account. No warning that this was going to happen and does not give you the option to save what you already have. Nor able to use the app until you do add your details. Major oversight by the developers. This is on iPhone.
