Very laggy app. If you did not have the lotus badge you are waiting in lines and don’t get merch you want
Merchandise store disappointment
My husband got to the venue before it opened, was one of the first in line for the store. Waited 3 hours in line. The TV monitors never updated on what was sold out. 3 hours into the second day most everything was gone. He wasn’t able to buy over half the items. They said to come back the next day for their daily allotment. On the third day the line was even more disappointing. By the first hour most of it was gone. I get not wanting to have leftover merchandise but this was ridiculous. The VIP and specialty groups like Black Lotus should have had their own store with their daily allowance and another for the general public. We live with technology- there should have been an inventory counter will real time updates. It’s possible especially with how large the event was, totally doable.

Badge activation
It’s the night before the convention and I’m still getting plus update app errors come on is it this dumb
Why can’t we fix the easy things
App keeps crashing, didn’t register badge, tried to re-activate badge, error message.
