Not even sure what the purpose of this app is. Seems like only useful as a pin market because there’s already plenty of that. Very hard to actually track your pin collections, and silly to pay for. Seems very very glitchy too.

Doesn’t work
I downloaded the app to simply scan and identify one single pin while at Disney and it couldn’t identify that pin. So total waste of time. Cancelling immediately.

Do NOT waste your money on this app. It advertises itself as the must-have for Disney fans and collectors, but that’s just a gimmick to sell overpriced memberships. The so-called “marketplace” is clunky and barely active, and the giveaways are nothing but bait—you’re basically paying for lottery entries with almost no chance of winning.
The “digital boards” are nothing more than basic folders you could just create in your phone’s gallery. Trading and chatting features are slow and unreliable, and there’s nothing here you couldn’t do better in existing Disney pin collector groups online for free.
The memberships are ridiculously priced: $4.99, $11.99, or even $24.99 per month—for what? A badge on your profile and some imaginary “bonus slots.” The so-called exclusive items aren’t worth it either.
TOTAL waste of money and like an idiot I tried a membership thinking it would be different. It isn’t. Buyer Beware!

Annoying pop ups
I personally have not paid for a subscription and do not want to, but now it will not let me do anything without a pop up coming up and saying my subscription is expired. I never had a subscription in the first place making this a little frustrating. If it is a bug, let me know when it’s fixed. Until then, I will not be using this app and I recommend others to do the same.

This is not free
Why do I need to pay at least £5 a month to get access, most app devs make it accessible to get in for free, but you can’t finish setting up your account without choosing a subscription, crazy work.
Cool but not in the long run
I’ve had this app for a long time now and i did the free trial and i even started paying the subscription until recently when ive continued to pay the subscription yet it still has that pop up when i go into the app saying i need to upgrade. i cant even upload new pins, trade pins, nothing. It started this a month ago and i thought it would work again the next month but no, i paid another month and im still not able to do anything but look around the app so i had to cancel bc im not about to pay more than i already am :(

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME
If I could give zero I would. First of all the app is hard to navigate, glitchy, and there are annoying pop ups every few seconds which makes it even more frustrating. Second, I paid for the yearly full access subscription but later received an email saying sorry to see you go because I canceled my membership which I never did. The app has a gold Mickey ears next to my profile name to show that I’m a gold member but other things on the app show a sad wizard with the caption “Your subscription is inactive. Please renew your subscription.” I’ve emailed their support twice and have gotten no response. All I wanted was an actual app to keep track of my pin collection. What I got was scammed.

So frustrating
I was happy to give the app a try, ten months ago, but it didn’t meet my needs and I deleted it. I haven’t thought about it in ages, but now they email me every day and their emails have no unsubscribe link! I’ve emailed them over and over to be removed from their list and no response. The emails just keep coming. I thought it was illegal to send bulk emails without an unsubscribe link!

Cannot even load app
I couldn’t get past setting up the app. I never received the confirmation code to even set up the account. Now finding out it’s not a free app, with all the pop up issues I’m glad it didn’t work. I’m a simple Disney pin collector. I don’t need all the hassle.
Cant even do anything
Ive had this app for a while, and even have done two trades. This morning i go to look at the new trade someone accepted me for, so excited and i click on it, it says it needs to premuim for everything i do. This used to be my favorite app but all you can do is pay. there is no point at all of getting this app. might as well put a price on it before you bought it. very unhappy

Not Worth It
Constant pop up to pay them money, customer service literally useless in helping me cancel an order since I had uninstalled the app almost a year prior, and then ended up having to fully delete my account as their refund option in the app doesn’t actually work. Wasted 30 minutes of my day, don’t give any more of your time, and especially not your money, to this app.

I don't think there is a free option or your bug is not fixed because I cannot get in without getting a subscription. I can understand offering a subscription but how do I know I will like your app. Pin trading is a hobby and I'm not looking to sell or trade. I just want to identify pins.
