Absolutely worth it
I use this App to identify magnetic hotspots in metal. This App does a wonderful job.
I am also amazed how sensitive the iPhone magnetometer is. For the iPhone 5 the sensor seems to be in the upper right corner of the housing.
I cannot comment on detection of electromagnetic fields, like from high power lines. That is not of interest for me.
I read a lot of negative comments from users of other Apps, so I was unsure to spent money on this App. But for my purpose I am surprised how well this App functions.
