Email or password error

I installed this application last night and today I tried to create an account but it always tells me that the email address or the password is wrong. I visited the Magnolia help center and tried what it said there, but it was useless because the problem could not be solved, so I had to uninstall the app and well they are going to lose fifty dollars that I was willing to pay per year.

Horrible App

This app is horrible. Luckily I’m still only in the trial period. I signed up for this because proceeds go to local independent theater, but now I think I should just give the money directly to them. The chrome cast link freezes and won’t allow me to stream to it. I tried to listen to the audio through my sonos with the movie on my phone and while the audio plays the video comes up as a nearly full screen icon of the movie playing with the actual movie playing behind it. And even just attempting to watch the movie on my phone does the same. There are too many problems with this app to make it worth the attempt at watching any movies.
