WORSE APP! Needs Improvement!
Trying to use this app to request Roadside Assistance outside of their business hours is impossible! What’s the point of saying 24/7 if it’s NOT! Every number is attached to the office which doesn’t open til 9am. What kind of ridiculousness is that?! People need assistance before and after office hours 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️They need to improve their services!

This. App is bad nothing works is almos 5-6 months since I changed my vehicle and still have the old one on file I can’t make payments or get my digital card I give it a chance but no I don’t have anything good to say about this app

When I try to sign in my account I enter phone number and it tells me my number isn’t correct when I’m sure I know my phone number. They said delete app and redownload, doesn’t work
I don’t want to pay bill through the phone, I want to do it online from my account. They need to have email verification instead of phone number

What’s going on?!!!
I was recently trying to open my app to pay or just look at my status to see if my insurance has been paid… but once I got to the payment history button or screen, it wouldn’t let me click or it just froze without me being able to see any of my pay history… also tried looking at my insurance I.d card and would just either drag or just stay loading … need to fix these bugs… it’s not my phone or internet cause I have a brand new phone and internet is super fast where I work …
