Can’t even log in
It has been weeks. I create a new account, they state they sent a verification code. I have never received a code. Tired updating the app, refreshing and restarting the phone. Reinstalled the app. Nothing. Reached out to customer service. 2 weeks later still no answer. So, here we are

I’ve had this app for a week and wanted to unlock it after that, so it required an access code from my doctor, which my doctor doesn’t have. Not to worry, Mahana claims: “Don’t have a code? If you received a prescription from your provider, you’ll hear from us on the next business day to get full access.” This is a LIE. It never happened. So I paid the $200 for the app, still nothing. I’ve emailed them every day for a week, NOT ONE RESPONSE!! I tried calling them and get the message that due to certain restrictions, my call can’t go through. This is a nightmare. I’ll be trying to get a refund from my bank and have already suggested my doctor quit prescribing this useless waste of time, even more shameful because this is about health care, not some new game, SHAMEFUL.

Ripoff scam!
I downloaded this app at the recommendation of my doctor. After 3-4 days when I wanted to unlock the program, it requested an access code from my doctor, which my doctor doesn't have. My doctor suggested I pay the $200 fee required. I did. It didn't help. I emailed Mahana 6 times and heard NO response. Then I called their number and got the message that due to restrictions on their number, my call couldn't go through! Don't waste your time and make your IBS even worse. I've called my bank to try to get my money back. They should be ashamed of themselves, taking advantage of people who already have terrible symptoms and making them even worse. I don't see how this can be legal.

DO NOT BUY! Text in the app is cut off, and customer service does not respond
Various screens have text cut off, making it unusable. Called and emailed several times but got no response. I then disputed the transaction with my credit card company but the vendor responded that I had received the app. So now I am out $150 and have an app that doesn’t work.
There is missing text in some sections.
Some sentences are incomplete.
Buyer beware - Only lasts 3 months
It says go at your own pace but buyer beware once you purchase you only have 3 months to complete the program which for the price and what it is seems like it's not in the best interest of the buyer.

Mahana IBS is a prescription-only product that has been clinically validated to a highly developed and rigorous Cognitive Behavioral Therapy program. It was designed around a 3-month program and because we are in a regulated prescription space, this label had to be cleared through the FDA based on the clinical trial and data. Given this is our FDA labeling and because it is a prescription product, we are required to expire the program after 3 months per our label. We can allow access to content already unlocked for an extended period, but to be able to unlock new content a new prescription is required. We appreciate your concerns and thoughts as we consider all feedback important for our ongoing product development and clinical trials.

Very user-friendly straight to the point & useful. I’ve only just begun the first 2 lessons however I’ve learned quite a lot. I really like the layout of this program. In addition I have done CBT in office and this program aligns to concepts I was taught in person & utilizes breathing techniques. I also like the fact that you can set reminders for yourself daily that will push your phone so you don’t forget to complete your daily activities.

Painfully slow to get through
I tried it. I can see value in the exercises. However, I was discouraged at how much time was spent on each segment. It seemed like you learned something and then there were multiple reviews. So many reviews that I was frustrated in my progress. In fact, despite what seemed like endless time, my 3 months expired before I could get through all the lessons. Since it was the most I’d ever paid for an app ($90) and the lessons part is accessible for only 3 months, I felt cheated.

Counterproductive
Tryimg to get the app set up requires your insurance perscription card and the process literally was so stressful it gave me diarrhea.

Seems very canned and does not a holistic view Also seems like a big research initiative.
Great App
This app is the only place that explained this disease in such detail. I now have a better understanding of the disease how my brain and gut operate as one and not only does the app provide education but it also provides tools. Before Mahana none of the many Drs I’ve been to told me how to manage this awful disease - I was given some pills and told to change my lifestyle. Thanks Mahana I now feel like I can get my life back on track!

Can’t even open
I downloaded the app but when I click it to open, all it provides is a blacked out screen. I tried restarting my phone and deleting/redownloading the app and nothing is working.

Doesn’t even open
Tried downloading several times. Tried contacting Mahana directly because the app will not open for me, but no fix has been provided. I really wanted to try this
