تطبيق سيئ
اصبحتم تطبيق سيئ تطلب الخدمة و يجيك العامل يتشرط، مثلا الخدمة ب ١٠٠ ريال يجيك العامل يقول لك اسويها لك ب ٢٠٠ تقول له هذي اسعاركم في التطبيق يقول لك بلا تطبيق بلا كلام فارغ التطبيق هذا بس كلام و يصيع وقته ووقتك ومافي اي قنوات تواصل و الشغلة كلها كلام فاضي

We got Gold plumber name waheeb to install a sink in the house he did a terrible job we had he plastered the sink with tons of silicon layers did not clean and left it to dry
We had to remove all the silicon by-ourselves to fix this terrible unprofessional work We think this man is not a plumber at all he has no idea what is he doing
We will never get anyone from mahara its not the first time they have no skilled workers

ليس لديهم مواعيد صحيحه
لايوجد رد على الرسايل والاتصال

فكره جميلة لكن التطبيق غير عملي
تطبيق "مهارة" كفكرة ممتازة لكن لا يعتمد عليه ، خصوصا في الطلبات المستعجلة. الطلبات تستغرق وقت طويل للقبول، والعامل قد يلغي الطلب بدون سبب واضح. يصلح للصيانة الغير مستعجلة حيث يمكنك طلب الصيانة ونسيانها
بالاضافة الى ان اغلب العمال يحاول يقنعك بالتعامل معه خارج المنصة ، مما يضعف من هذه الخدمة ويقتلها مع مرور الوقت

أهمية الجودة
للاسف مؤخراً اصبح التطبيق يشترك فيه لتقديم الخدمة عمالة ليست جيدة وعمالة من المحالات في نفس الحي غير محترفة والاسعار غالية
