Tried to onboard as a professional cleaner and asked for basic qualifications and requirements. Instead of providing information, I was dismissed with no explanation. Very unprofessional and unclear process. Not welcoming to serious service providers.
SCAM
This company charged me, never contacted me despite several attempts to reach them by phone and email. I have asked for a refund. More than a month later … nothing. I’m out of more than $250.00. Shame on not responding and taking cash from two disabled people. My claim is now tied up with the bank for 90 days. Maidsapp refuses to write my bank to clear the claim. A former employee said they just take people’s money without remorse An alleged former owner has washed his hands after trying to reach them without any success. Apple needs to take some responsibility too. Shady. Stay away!! ZERO stars, firm.

Fraud company
Left my request pending for a week, customer service goes to VM, no maid showed up AND YET THEY STILL CHARGED ME. Horrible ethics.
Fast, Easy, and a Great Job
I use Maidsapp for both Residential and Business use and it was the best experience. Highly professional cleaners and fast response time. It was the easiest and most convenient experience I've had with cleaners.

BEWARE!! Customer service number disconnected !
I entered cc details which it rejected “credit card details invalid with zip” which was wrong. I then attempted to call customer support number via link on app and it was disconnected. Uneasy with having provided both my ID and cc details..
Sign up didn’t work
Tried to sign up using Facebook and it didn’t work.
No sign up with Apple is not acceptable in 2023
Removed immediately and using the neighboring app that has proper sign up
Finally found a maid
It’s so hard to find a cleaner these days let alone a good one, came across this app on instagram, Maidsapp was so easy to use and the maid that came to clean was so friendly and a great cleaner

Failed to Install
My wife tried installing on her android. It failed to accept the One Time Pin that was sent to her multiple times. So I tried installing and signing up with my iPhone with the same result. It’s failing to recognize the One Time Pin. Can’t even get this app to install, let alone rate the actual service they offer.
To any one listening, it seems that when I Inuit the final (fourth) digit of the PIN, it enters it twice and automatically tries to verify a five digit pin when it should only be four. Then, it continues to fail even when I remove the fifth digit and try submitting it again. I was unable to enter the fourth digit without it inputting it twice for some reason.

There are bugs, no updates
Cannot login after signing up, says contact administrator but there’s no link to contact anyone. Seems like the app has been neglected. There isn’t even a valid terms and conditions.

SCAM
Beware! This app is scamming people. I requested a maid, they charged upfront, 20 minutes later it gave me a message stating that no one was in my atrae and that they will process me a refund. 2 weeks later, I checked my bank account and this people had taken the funds out of my bank and never refunded me. Then I emailed them asking to refund, they immediately posted on the app that they sent a person named “Alba” that she was at my door and a second after another message “Albahas finished the service, please rate her service” when no one came to my house, nor provided any service. Then received emailed them back complaining, and then I get an email back from an Armenian woman apologizing and to see an attaché ent to her email…. No attachment was attached… go figure!!!!

Terrible Service
Extremely unprofessional support team, made a request for a Maid 3 times in the past week, not one of them showed up. Don’t waste your time and peace of mind relying on a service like this. Each time the amount was deducted and I had to wait for refunds. Useless app.

This app is a scam. I paid $250 for housekeeping service. The housekeeper never showed. They haven't refunded me. They won't reply to my emails or calls. It's a total sham app and Apple should be ashamed for having this app on their store.
Shop around for other apps
After downloading the app I ordered their service. At first seemed great cleaner was set up to come and was supposed to arrive soon after I ordered. 2 hours after they were supposed to arrive I had to contact customer service. Cleaner was a no show and if I had not contacted them I never would have been informed they were not coming. They also charge you before the cleaner ever shows up. Now I’m stuck in the fun position of maybe getting my 200$ in 3-5 business days after staying home all day for a no show. I suggest using task rabbit or another app they at least show up. - just an update they never refunded my money. Maid never showed up and now I have to deal with disputing this with my credit card company.
