In this day in age you would think that an email platform would be stable, however this app crashes regularly, can rarely open attachments. Very disappointed

I can’t open the app as soon as I want to open it throw out, I tried to delete the app and reinstall but I won’t work, I sent several email to the support team but they didn’t help and they reply are very slow. It was working at the beginning I could opened only once a day but now nothing. It’s annoying I’ve paid £5 for an app that doesn’t even work I’m trying since February. I would like someone can help me please.

Stopped working …
I loved this app for the past 9-10 years but than all od a sudden- 10 days ago it stopped working and i have no clue how to contact customer service. I think i paid $5 for this app 10 yrs ago. It was a great up- until it wasn’t.
Background contrast
Whenever I open a pdf from an email it is bordered in white. The commands for “back” or anything in the banner of the screen are also white. It’s kind of like just peck the top left of the screen until find something.
Crashes
Unless you only want to look at a email sent within the last 7 days don’t bother. You can’t open most your emails, or attachments, or add pictures and it’s never updated to fix the problems…not impressed
A bit of improvement
It’s a great app but there are basic stuff I still cannot achieve on this app.
- search: this is broken and cannot search by subject/to or all
- search: when searching “from” all results are not found
- search: by tag or keyword
- shared mailbox: maybe a feature update if possible
- out of office: it seems I can set it up until I exit the app. Then it returns to be switched off

App cracking
App is cracking on opening
Still has bugs on iOS 14.7.1
1) New bug: When I send e-mails (reply or original), I sometimes get a blank e-mail in my in-box at the same time: blank to: and blank subject.
2) Old bug: Sometimes when forwarding or replying to e-mails, the original message will be randomly truncated, deleting 1 or more lines of text. This is of particular concern because often, the reader can't tell there has been a deletion, and the deleted text is essential -- e.g., a date & time or a location.
3) Annoying bug: The "search" function will only allow searching by name; none of the other tabs respond when you try to select them.
4) Mystifying bug: The app can't locate, in any of the address books, e-mail groups you've created.

Great app…but
It’s terrific that this app is still around; however, it still needs some aesthetic updates to keep up with the current versions of iOS and Android. The layout is reminiscent of the earlier iPhones.
On another note, I am not sure if I did something wrong, but my in-app calendar is not syncing with my iPhone’s calendar.

It’s not possible to attach any file to mails. Whenever I try to attach a photo to an email, the app crashes.
Major delays.
Horrible app. Emails that I sent back in NOVEMBER were just sent out today.
No tech support how do I forward emails????
