Bad software, poor service, and difficult to clean uninstall when you figure that out. Drop and run.
neue UI nicht so gut
Ich finde die heute veröffentlichte UI nicht so gut. Die am häufigsten von mir genutzte Funktion ist der Tab "Aktivitäten", welcher bislang als Startbildschirm geöffnet wurde und nun an letzter Stelle mehrerer Tabs gerückt ist. Nun muss ich also bei jedem Öffnen der App zunächst den Tab "Aktivitäten" auswählen. Es wäre schöner, wenn ich den "Home-Tab" irgendwo einstellen könnte.

FIX THE DAMN APP
The screen flashes once I open the app on my iPhone. This is ridiculous. You guys haven't fixed it for a while. This is terrible quality assurance

Funktioniert auf dem iPad leider nicht
Habe die App unter ipadOS 26.1 installiert und wollte sie sogleich ausprobieren. Leider gibt es für die mobile Anwendung nur eine Installationsanleitung. Ein Tutorial nur Benutzung auf dem iPad habe ich nicht gefunden. Konnte ein Tracking somit nicht einschalten.

Doesn’t work
Work well on Mac but terrible on iOS, it constantly log off (even if I check every other days or 1 to 2 weeks top) that’s already annoying and now I can’t even log in as the splash page is blinking furiously and doesn’t let me type anything anywhere.

Die iOS App von mailbutler ist eine auf das Wesentliche reduzierte Companion-App und wirklich nur für die Fälle, in denen man etwas nachschauen möchte und keinen Zugriff auf seinen Mac hat.
Allerdings lässt es sich mit der aktuellen Version nicht anmelden. Das Display flackert wie verrückt, während die App ständig versucht, sich mit dem Account zu verbinden.
Bitte behebt das Problem!

Flashes upon trying to launch app and is stuck there. Has not been corrected for months :(
Can’t log i
As soon as I open the app, the screen starts blinking rapidly and I’m not able to log in.
Doesn’t work on gmail on iOS
Whilst it works fine on laptop, it will not work on iOS when gmail account is used. Will not send any gmail message. This has been going on for a while. No fix despite several requests. Whenever I ask for update I get “ still working on it”!

La schermata iniziale (quella che ogni volta si “resetta” come se non ci si fosse mai registrati) continua a lampeggiare, impedendo di inserire nome utente e password. In questo modo la app è inutilizzabile su iPad.

Whilst it works fine on laptop, it will not work on iOS Google Mail. Support is useless.
Notification ne fonctionne pas
Malheureusement les notifications de lecture ne fonctionne pas sur iPhone. Autant sur Mac aucun problème autant là, même pas un son ou une pastille. Ça doit être un bug et j’ai hâte qu’il y ai un correctif.
So many features missing
Like how does this not have split screen functionality. I love mailbutler on my Mac but this App leaves so much to be desired its kinda insane. It does not enhance my iPad email experience at all.

So far so good
I like that I can get notifications on my phone when emails are opened and can track progress while on the go. The bad habit I’ve now developed is that I avoid sending emails on my phone because I know they won’t get tracked and wait till I’m at the desktop to finally send them. Hopefully there will be more integration on the iOS side soon

Bereits vor drei Jahren schrieb ein User namens uukrae, dass man nach der Installation direkt als erstes aufgefordert wird, Mailbutler auf dem Desktop zu installieren, bevor man die Mobile App nutzen könne.
Der Entwickler antwortete (ebenfalls vor drei Jahren), dass man bereits an der Verbesserung der App arbeiten würde, und versuche, die App kompatibel mit iPad zu machen.
Es scheint nichts passiert zu sein seitdem. Da ich ausschließlich ein iPad und ein iPhone benutze, ist die App nutzlos für mich und ich werde nun diese App auch wieder löschen - so, wie es uukrae schon drei Jahre zuvor tat.
