Lower than 1 star actually

Bad software, poor service, and difficult to clean uninstall when you figure that out. Drop and run.

FIX THE DAMN APP

The screen flashes once I open the app on my iPhone. This is ridiculous. You guys haven't fixed it for a while. This is terrible quality assurance

Great app for biz dev

Helps us understand the open rates and engagement very well

Tremendous help

Could not function without Mailbutler! Use it on my MacBook, and my iPhone. I use it to create mail templates to streamline workflow, and it is incredibly helpful to know my clients received and opened my emails. Love the signature functions that I
have for each email address and the reliability of the app! Have used it for 5 years and it has never let me down.

Doesn’t work

Work well on Mac but terrible on iOS, it constantly log off (even if I check every other days or 1 to 2 weeks top) that’s already annoying and now I can’t even log in as the splash page is blinking furiously and doesn’t let me type anything anywhere.

Awful

Flashes upon trying to launch app and is stuck there. Has not been corrected for months :(

Can’t log i

As soon as I open the app, the screen starts blinking rapidly and I’m not able to log in.

Doesn’t work on gmail on iOS

Whilst it works fine on laptop, it will not work on iOS when gmail account is used. Will not send any gmail message. This has been going on for a while. No fix despite several requests. Whenever I ask for update I get “ still working on it”!

doesnt work anymore

it even doesnt work anymore. i never see read on my mac and iphone app even dnt load.

Useless

Whilst it works fine on laptop, it will not work on iOS Google Mail. Support is useless.

So many features missing

Like how does this not have split screen functionality. I love mailbutler on my Mac but this App leaves so much to be desired its kinda insane. It does not enhance my iPad email experience at all.

Only shows SENT EMAIL. Can’t set reminders to incoming mail.

Extremely limited.

Only shows SENT EMAIL. Can’t set reminders to incoming mail.

🫣no way 😤

In what what we are century ?
Everything is possible from mobile phone. But this app, you have to sign up thru computer and then you can use app.

Sorry but useless app for me. I dont have computer

So far so good

I like that I can get notifications on my phone when emails are opened and can track progress while on the go. The bad habit I’ve now developed is that I avoid sending emails on my phone because I know they won’t get tracked and wait till I’m at the desktop to finally send them. Hopefully there will be more integration on the iOS side soon

MacBook Pro great iOS not so …

I was asked about Mailbutler to see if it would work for me. I just need basic email tracking. Put this on my MacBook Pro and was impressed. It seemed to do what it says on the tin. I was then introduced to the iOS and iPadOS versions. Totally different experience. It does not do anything. Almost 75% of my email comes from either my iPhone or my iPad. Mailbutler does nothing. It cannot see emails to which I reply, send or in fact anything. Whether or not it would do anything under the full pad version is highly suspect as the basics that are included in all subscriptions simply does not work on iOS or iPadOS devices. All-in-all a great disappointment.

It’s great, tho needs more iOS integration

It’s an amazing tool, but I work mostly from my iOS devices, iPhone and iPad also but not as often from my Mac so it would be great to have at least a mail client app where you were be able to compose emails from rather than just analytics of your emails sent from MacOS.
The app on MacOS is great and works flawlessly hence why I give it 4 stars.

Excellent Mail Add-On

I've had Mailbutler for about 2 or 3 weeks. It's easily the best mail plug-in I've had on my device. I particularly like the mail tracking, send later and snooze features. And the subscription has been a must for me. Great app. Simple. Intuitive. Keep up the great work guys.

Poor

This app is so unresponsive. Whatever I tap, it doesn’t open.
Every time I open it, it asks to log in. Annoying.

Useless

I’m honestly not sure what the point of this app is. It doesn’t allow you to schedule or even send emails at all, and the email tab shows a random incomplete assortment (maybe 10%) of actual emails I can see in my Apple mail app. I was really hoping it would let me schedule emails from my phone the way the desktop app does, but it doesn’t. The tasks tab doesn’t show the tasks I set up on my desktop. I guess if you care about read receipts it does seem to do that, but that’s literally all as far as I can tell.

It was 5 star until…

This app was 5 stars for me until they removed the send feature from the iPhone app. Sometimes I need to see schedule emails from my phone while I’m on the road and now I can’t do it anymore
Not a smart move
