Declining app
I’ve been using the Premium version of this app for over two years now and have mostly been satisfied with it. I like the many different choices for domains however, the service and the app itself seem to have declined. Customer service is also lacking.
On iOS, there is no search function within the app. Only through the web version. As much as a pain it is to switch email addresses, I am considering switching by moving to another platform.

App wont allow an upgrade
I cant upgrade to premium account and tech support is only for premium members witch the app wont allow me to upgrade to.
Poor Security
Won’t let me log in from my laptop. Won’t let me add my phone number for Two-Factor Authentication…even after I changed my password! Bad!!

Kicks you out too often & too many fake e mails to reset password
It’s as I’ve put above. Contacted them for assistance and the ‘advice’ I received was rubbish and didn’t work. Unable to get into my e mail for three weeks then suddenly started working again. Also receive at least three e mails from SCAM addresses DAILY that state I need to reset my password etc or they’ll close my account. Don’t know if I’m coming or going with real or scam e mails!!
