MailWasher
I have used MailWasher for years, and it can’t be beat. I just recently started using MailWasher Mobile. This needs a major upgrade. It seems to hang when retrieving emails. I am a pid user.
Sync doesn’t function
I user to use an older version of MailWasher and was very happy with it. When I read the advert about the new version and how it can sync with mobile devices, I bought it. I was disappointed to find that the sync does not work on MailWasher Mobile and that it appears to be a known issue. It is not a positive image for MailWasher and makes the Mobile App useless.

Useless
I’ve used the desktop version many years ago and loved it. So I downloaded the mobile version thinking it would be as good. Sadly I’m unable to setup any of my Hotmail accounts. I’ve tried various didn’t settings with no luck. The help link is totally useless.
Total Garbage
This app is total garbage that hadn’t been updated in 10 years. Why is this app even available if firetrust is no longer supporting the app.
Not as good as PC version.
Setting up mobile version was easy but it shows no new emails for both email accounts. App doesn’t do anything so to prevent spam emails from appearing. Decided to remove app from iPad
Why oh why oh why ….
… have the developers allowed this app to ruin their reputation? I have used the registered PC version for years with complete satisfaction. It gets regular updates, and on the odd occasion when I’ve needed support it has been excellent and well worth the licence fee - and yet the mobile version for IOS has been totally neglected, despite assurances from the developers that they “will be updating it”. That unfulfilled promise has worn far too thin. The mobile version is frankly useless - sorry Nick & team but you need to get your act together.

Nothing like pc version
Will not renew my Mailwasher pro subscription. I purchase it expecting it to work on my iPhone as well as it works on my pc.
Most of my email is obtained on iPhone. Mail washer Pro works great on my pc but kind of useless on iPhone or iPad.

Needs to handle sub folders
Mailwasher’s desktop version does a great job of filtering out spam and is definitely worth the money. The app doesn’t measure up in that it doesn’t import the settings/filters from the desktop and doesn’t handle sub folders (I have Hotmail send mail by default from unknown senders to a junk folder, which Mailwasher desktop does its best work). Sorry, this app doesn’t even try to replace the pc program and isn’t worth downloading.

THE LIGHTS ARE ON, BUT NOBODY IS HOME
The Desktop app is VERY Windows XP’ish. How do I know? I have used the Desktop version since Widows XP and it has not seemed to change, if any since then, but at least it still functions well. THIS app in both the Apple and Android versions…DOES NOT WORK!

Windows PC用の製品版MailWasherが非常に良かったのでこちらをインストールしました。しかし、MailWasher IDで同期できるのは友達リストとブラックリストだけ、オリジナルのSPAM条件は同期できませんし、別途設定もできません。FirstAlert!も不可。これでは全くSPAMを弾くことができません。残念です。一番困るのが、頻繁にメールのアカウント情報が消滅すること。長期間不使用でもないのに、勝手に消さないで頂きたい。

Mobile App does NOT have any useful features, manual or otherwise to help screen spam email. Only allows you to manually delete unwanted emails received in INBOX.
Best choice is to use the Desktp App that has both manual and dynamic features to help automate the process to screen spam email.

No connection
I’ve tried this app twice now and it will not connect to my email provider (gmail) I’ve tried changing the port but it makes no difference if I connect manually through Google it’s fine obviously it’s not good enough ??? For gmail so I won’t use it for my business accounts ?? Needs work

Download this as got PC version so I thought this would do the same but NO IS DOES NOT this does not even tell me I have new mail even when I sync

I have tried common settings and it refuses to even connect via IMAP or POP3… GRRRR!

Would not recognize my email credentials. When attempting to register was told my email already existed!!
