Great banking
I’ve been a member of MaiNe state credit union for many years and really like them for both my loans and my checking and savings. The only drawback is you are no longer allowed to walk in without an appointment to speak to a loan officer. Everything has to be by appointment and that is very inconvenient. Other than that I have no complaints.

Not a great experience having checks take 10 days to clear! I considered going back to my former bank. Very inconvenient.

All my accounts are easy to get around too. Transfers are simple. Interface is easy to learn. Perfect banking app.

This is the easiest and most user friendly banking app I have ever used. The ability to complete transfers, deposits, and even open accounts has made my life incredibly easy. I rarely have to go into my local office and am able to almost everything online or over the phone. It’s wonderful and saves me so much time.

Trust, convenience & service
I’ve been with Maine State Credit Union since it was Maine State Employees Credit Union in 1987. Ive had home, car and personal loans with them over the years. The process for those has always been efficient and easy. My credit card with them has an ultra low rate which can’t be beat anywhere. The no ATM fees is a plus as well and I can usually find a CU ATM. I have CD’s there as well with a good rate. I’ve never been dissatisfied & I’ll continue to do all of my banking with MSCU!

Frustrating
It works great when it actually loads, but periodically it goes thru phases of not loading anything which makes banking difficult when ur app won’t load and u only have 2 locations..
Used to work
Ever since the upgrade this app barely works for me. It doesn’t give me my account info and it’s very frustrating. I’m connected to Wi-Fi, it should work. Annoying. The old version never did this. I have a iPhone 14. Please fix.
