Not a great experience having checks take 10 days to clear! I considered going back to my former bank. Very inconvenient.

This is the easiest and most user friendly banking app I have ever used. The ability to complete transfers, deposits, and even open accounts has made my life incredibly easy. I rarely have to go into my local office and am able to almost everything online or over the phone. It’s wonderful and saves me so much time.

Trust, convenience & service
I’ve been with Maine State Credit Union since it was Maine State Employees Credit Union in 1987. Ive had home, car and personal loans with them over the years. The process for those has always been efficient and easy. My credit card with them has an ultra low rate which can’t be beat anywhere. The no ATM fees is a plus as well and I can usually find a CU ATM. I have CD’s there as well with a good rate. I’ve never been dissatisfied & I’ll continue to do all of my banking with MSCU!

You use to make deposits a different color, now deposit and debits are all black. Put it back.

It’s my second day banking with ya everything is going great!!! 😋
Frustrating
It works great when it actually loads, but periodically it goes thru phases of not loading anything which makes banking difficult when ur app won’t load and u only have 2 locations..
Used to work
Ever since the upgrade this app barely works for me. It doesn’t give me my account info and it’s very frustrating. I’m connected to Wi-Fi, it should work. Annoying. The old version never did this. I have a iPhone 14. Please fix.
Good app.. but
I like the app, looks great, is well designed and smooth operation, especially for a small local state credit credit. Though it needs the system Dark Mode ability and a Widget! Would be very helpful to just open my iPhone and see my balances on a widget on my Home Screen or in Notification Center. Also would enjoy it more if at night when I open the app, I’m not blinded by a bright all white app interior.
All in all, good work on the app, it’s nice. Hope y’all decide to bring on at least a widget soon.
