Short simple. It works. However, I would like the ability to pre save repair comments. Like the ones I use a lot. Like, “repair complete, functioning as it should” so I wouldn’t have to type it every time.
Worst experience
Here I was putting days of work into entering all my assets all to find everything disappeared after not being able to login for a little while .
Complete waste of my time and customer service is not helpful whatsoever. They can’t even tell me what happened . As far as they can see I never enetered anything apparently.
I’ll be going coast for my business . Cheaper anyways.

Spam calling me
Stop calling me. Worst regret was downloading this app. I removed it right away after I got an unsolicited phone call from someone representing this company. I did not ask to be called. Then unfortunately, they are using new phone numbers to try and call me constantly four months later.. how about you guys stop calling

Destroys battery
Been made to use this for work absolutely destroying my phones battery. Battery health was on 100% capacity 3 months ago when I started. It’s now on 94%. That’s a percentage every 2 weeks.
Pisses me off
I have a screen recording proving that your app force closes itself as soon as I fill out a work order and mark it as done, then try to return to the work orders list. It’s your stupid update causing it because it was just fine before. Fix it!!!

Great App - Easy to use
Quick to get started and quick to get my guys up and running on the app. Training was minimal and MaintainX supplied a lot of on demand resources for us. Tech are actually using it and it’s saving ton of time and has improved our preventive maintenance program significantly

Not user friendly
The checklist is constantly needing to be reloaded. Exits out on its own and needs to be re filled out by operator. Not user friendly. Makes doing a daily inspection take 3 times as long as it used too, but my company chose this so we are stuck. Do better.
Over complicated and annoying to use UI.
You have way too many unnecessary steps for creating and closing tickets and no way for a customer to submit tickets to you. Only half the features are useful. Following the flow of work orders and uploading of pictures/ entering work completed should not be so damn difficult. Customer service start harassing you with emails within an hour of signing up. When you Cancel your account you have to be VERY specific with your wording. Just give us the option to erase all business data and close account.
