Unable to download
My property requires us to use the mobile app as well as desktop. Switching from Mobile Facilities is a horrible move. I can not access after RealPage login screen. I have left my phone for over 40 mins on the download screen that is required to use the app and no data transfers were happening. Can we go back to Mobile Facilities?

This app make our jobs a nightmare never works, we have been told erase the app from our phones and reinstalled every single time that we have issues . They can help via phone. It never sync fast I have to wait around 6 min to see my tickets assets etc.

One star is too generous!
This is a very poorly written application. I am prompted to use biometrics and save the password on my iPhone. NEVER works. Prompts me twice for login to enter the same info.
I close out service tickets only to find they are not updated on the phone. Have to constantly delete all data on iPhone to get the correct count and open service tickets.
I would only recommend this to our competitors! Check out TELS… much better app that actually functional!

Worst app ever
This app is a joke , you have to install uninstall in order tu use it never has the accurate info , logs you out every time me and my team we have been using computer to close tickets for 3 weeks now because app never refresh or block you out.You call real page and never they can answer you a simple question properly

Needs optimization
I have been trying for the past few days to simply load into the app and access my work orders, but for whatever reason it keeps telling me to update to the latest version and every time I try to do that it says it’s already up to date in the App Store so I am stuck in a loop and cannot even log in to my account I have wasted this whole work week trying to figure it out the issue with no success it is more of a headache than anything this app needs to be fixed otherwise what’s the point of keeping an app that doesn’t work on my phone

Since the new app went into effect it now takes twice as long to do your job. It’s not intuitive at all. All these extra steps that don’t even apply to our work flow with no options to bypass or speed up work flow. Now I dread closing my work orders out.

This app makes me want to quit my job. I’ve been using it for about 5 weeks and haven’t gone a day without deleting it and redownloading.
Does not show new work orders
I think if there’s one thing this app needs to do it’s show new work orders as they come in. At first they were coming in a bit later than the old app which as of right now still works. But for the past few days new work orders aren’t showing up whatsoever. I conferred with some experts and they concluded a work order app should probably show work orders but we are still deep in research on this.

Missing a few things
Way better than the old app. Needs to have pull down to refresh, and at the top it should show “last updated: xx:xxAM/PM” for example. Right now when you pull down you can’t even tell if it’s refreshing, there’s no spinning icon or anything
Change company
When are you going to integrate the change company feature without one of your facilities apps. It’s annoying to need multiple accounts and always having to logout, log back in. You have change company on the desktop as well as adding employee’s from additional companies when creating a user account.

1. No iPad Optimization
The application is currently designed for iPhone only, with no native iPad version. This creates inefficiencies for teams that rely on tablets in the field, forcing users to operate a scaled phone interface on a larger screen. This limitation has already been noted by other users as a frustration. 
2. Photo Functionality Limitations
The app does not provide adequate control over photo settings or management. For a maintenance platform where documentation is critical (inspections, liability protection, work verification), this is a major operational gap.
3. No Reliable Offline Capability
The inability to take or attach photos while offline significantly limits usability in real-world environments. Maintenance teams frequently work in areas with poor or no connectivity (mechanical rooms, garages, rural properties). While the app is marketed as “offline-friendly,” real-world feedback suggests functionality is inconsistent or limited.
3. When making these apps, you should keep in mind that large companies have multiple properties outside cellular areas or good data cellular areas there needs to be an option to use off-line, including taking photos.
4. Photos should be taken at 480 instead of high definition to save memory and streaming.
5. I don’t know why Real page app is less reliable than an app for inspection that you could purchase online for $10.
6. You should be able to set your default property that you want to open up on instead of opening on all properties you have access to.

Improvements but no iPad?
Much better than the old mobile facilities app but frustrating that there is no native iPad version. That would be very helpful for our team instead of having to rely on the small phone version running on the large iPad screen.
