Why is the app available for download if it isn’t operational? That doesn’t make sense at all.
App NOT WORKING
I was wondering why I deleted my Makarrt app, after reinstalling it I remembered!!! BECAUSE their app DOESN’T WORK, EVER. Ugh. Why was it even launched this way? Before they went “Pro” the app worked just fine-most of the time let’s go back to that.

I thought I was the only one the screen staying frozen doing it to until I read the latest reviews. If I wanted to look at their items , I would had looked them up on online, since the app doesn’t work.

Don’t download this app
I don’t know what’s going on, but the app is no longer working. I have been a long time Customer of Makartt. Went to use the app back in I think it was October 2023 and found that the app was not working and you get stuck on the loading screen. And I have tried to use the app throughout this year of 2024 and the same thing has happened. You get stuck on the loading screen and it never loads. It’s such a shame because it was a wonderful app. There was no explanation given there was no support for it and no one to help. Their products however are amazing and they do have an Amazon store.

App no longer works. It won’t load nor open any more. This is ridiculous. I usually shop this brand using the app but now the app not working and with their selection being limited it makes me not want to shop the brand anymore. Even though this brand is trustable and great product for the value/price. This is kinda sad that there hasn’t been an update in ages. And the selection seems to become less and less. The app isn’t worth it because it just flat out doesn’t work anymore. I even talked to their support and they are well aware of this and yet have not fixed it. Such a shame…

iPhone 14 2023. Doesn’t run. Makartt website also doesn’t remember my login; and I can no longer find polygel to buy. I’m crushed because I don’t want to use a different product, Makartt quality is top notch - however their online store website and app launch was apparently nuked out of operation and the obvious supply chain crash of their manufacturer is going to put almost all gel x salons and nail techs out of business. Amazon is literally a third party putting them out of business at this point, as they sell products at cheap prices right around the expiration date. It’s just not the same and I can’t buy whatever I want anymore because it’s just not available.

Won’t even open
When I click on the app it just shows a nail product and the app never even opens! Please fix this! I deleted it and downloaded it again but it still didn’t work!
Why does it say free shipping on the app?
When there isn’t? It’s obnoxious.

The products are great but the app itself is not great It won’t let me sign in my acc and when I try resetting my password it won’t let me

So I place the items in my cart then I got to view my cart and it errors and cart is empty. Guess you don’t want orders. K
