Try correcting an order, the second you checkout there’s no going back. Most unforgiving app ive ever hsed

Awful log in system. So difficult to navigate and never received one code via email to reset my password- even after 7 attempts to resend it. App is a bit better, but still complicated.

Can’t Place An Order
I’m not sure why, but every time I get to the part where I place my order it won’t go through. I have even tried re-installing the app. I primarily use it to look at the menu then call the order in.
Terrible app terrible customer service
I used to use uber eats and I was directed to this app since not all the options are available for Maker in Uber eats. But the app experience is terrible, I received a wrong order and there no way for me to get it fixed or even report it through the app. There are many other issues with the app and the worst part is when I called them to resolve an issue, the person on the phone couldn’t care less, she just told me just call in next time I’m ordering and was not even interested in what the problem was.

2 tries with this app.
First time it said my order was being prepared and would arrive 15min in the past. Had to call and get it prepared
Second time it said the same thing but when I called said it was sent out. There’s no mention of how late it’ll be…just still due to arrive 15 min in the past

Asked for a tip BEFORE checkout. No options for payment. I will Delete this right after I use it and unless there food is stellar, won’t be back

Pizza is bomb but app is stale
Please fix the app to make the guest checkout workable. Check non-happy paths. Password reset does not send email, and signing in forces registering again? Luckily we made an order in person but … was a painful experience.
Don’t bother — just doesn’t work.
Can’t get past the phone number verification. Then get a “service unavailable” message. Just call!
The Maker Pizza app makes me not order Maker Pizza
It’s too bad because I *love* Maker Pizzza and would like to order *a lot* more of it. But this app basically makes that impossible. You literally cannot sign back in if you lose your password. The location/pickup screen has no back button and strands you. I could go on. It’s simply terrible, nonfunctional app design. Maker Pizza has lost hundreds of dollars for the countless times this app has just caused me to give up and order something else, and I could only imagine how much they would have lost in aggregate if there were more potential repeat customers out there like me.

No issues with app usage at all- maybe they’ve resolved the issues other reviewers have faced.
Signed up, received the code immediately, placed an order within 5 minutes of downloading the app. Pizza arrived on time and as expected.
