This app is honestly awful. It is so glitchy. It doesn’t save your progress. It gets caught in a loop. It pronounces words wrong! It is a complete waste of money and most likely a scam because you will never get your money back.
Horrible app
The app is buggy and does not work well. I have to constantly close the app and reopen it to try to get through a full lesson. The AI does not capture what I’m really saying. It is not worth the money spent. Try something else. Even the flash card part is buggy. Horrible experience.
Rip off
They click funnel checkout tries to upsell you over and over. I clicked no on them all and one went to yes and charged me. I emailed them right away asking for a refund for the up charge and they refused. I had to go to my bank to get my refund. Don’t bother with this.

Terrible Service
This app subscription did not show up under subscriptions under my Apple ID, did not show up under my email at the company’s website, and did not show up under PayPal subscriptions. I did not receive an auto renewal reminder and had no idea it would be charged until after the fact. Now the company is refusing a refund despite me notifying them if the error 11 minutes after I was notified of the charge.

They advertise hypnosis for French. It does not exist. Their advertising is fraud. Hypnosis is only a ai Le for Spanish (And I can’t confirm that is even available). It’s just another AI repeat after me app like many others. Don’t waste your money.

There were a lot of glitches and errors, which made the experience frustrating. On top of that, the billing practices felt sneaky and unclear. I wouldn’t recommend this service.

Terrible app - using people to test their product and refusing to refund payments. Couldn’t even get through the first lesson (despite having the answers correct!!)
Unauthorized charge
My credit card was charged without my approval yesterday on Saturday. The app never worked right to begin with and I tried getting a refund last year but I was basically told the app was improved and to try it out. Now this.
So so
I really didn’t like the app. I noticed several mistakes on the translation. Even the little bit of Italian that I know I knew it was not the correct translation. I thought the AI generated tutor would be like someone assisting you in real life on a day-to-day basis with your conversation. It is not like that at all. You have to answer generated questions. Also, it is very, very difficult to cancel your subscription!
