Not working in all stores
Had a bit of hassle trying to use vouchers due to new one at a time rule that we didn’t with the web account. To make it worse the store in Glasgow “system wasn’t working” so couldn’t accept any. After a phonecall to the store manager via staff they okayed the use of them as it’s not a trip often done to visit the restaurant. Staff had been hesitant to ask at first but came out very helpful in the end.
In short, the app hadn’t been out long, and not working is some if not our closest restaurant, so activating vouchers would end up leading to loosing them due to being limited availability for loyal customers with points built up over the times we’ve been able to visit.
