Stop hoarding the special release popcorn buckets from opening night customers and having your employees lie about it. You aren’t fooling anyone just making them not want to come back.

They haven’t updated their app in 2 years… what more do you need to know. It wouldn’t be difficult to improve its functionality and modernize the app, but they’ve chosen not to do that. Do better, Malco.

Doesn’t show show times for like forever now
Stupid pop ups…
I don’t need a pop up to ask me to allow for notifications. Why on Earth would I need a notification from a movie theater app? Also do not need a pop up telling me about “Throwback Thursdays” everyone I come back to the app. Just let me see movie times and let me my tickets in peace.
Not Worth The Effort
Malco thinks they are the “cat’s meow” for movie theaters. While I must admit that movie theater selection in Memphis metro is the poorest I’ve ever seen in 76 years, Malco goes out of their way to be inconvenient rude and obstinate. They’re even so uppity as to not accept US legal tender. Thankfully, we have the internet and Big Screen tv’s.
