Not Worth The Effort
Malco thinks they are the “cat’s meow” for movie theaters. While I must admit that movie theater selection in Memphis metro is the poorest I’ve ever seen in 76 years, Malco goes out of their way to be inconvenient rude and obstinate. They’re even so uppity as to not accept US legal tender. Thankfully, we have the internet and Big Screen tv’s.

Never coming back
My daughter who is 16 came to the movies with me the 50 year old parent and her boyfriend to see a horror movie. They wouldn’t let her in because she didn’t have her ID. That’s fine, I get it, and I don’t hate them trying to do something to stop kids from seeing things they shouldn’t BUT they wouldn’t refund the movie cause I bought the tickets off of fandango which their website promotes. Their employees even said you should never use fandango or flixter because we can’t refund. They gave me “special” tickets so I can come back some other time, but I live an hour away and was coming to see this one movie in imax.

there’s no way to login & if you want to buy tickets, it will take u straight to the website on google. what’s the point of having an app if you can’t buy tickets on it ??

Is Malco ever planning on updating their app? I felt like it’s looked the same the last 5 years. Also maybe make it easier to access and redeem my points? That would be greatly appreciated.
