App hardly works
Barely useful
It’s absolutely ridiculous that you can’t see the upcoming mall hours in the app. All you can see is today’s hours, very small and hard to find, at the top of the app.
Why do you need a login
I just want a MAP! I don’t want ads, logins, a profile. I want a map on my handheld digital device.

Don’t download this app instead just find one of the kiosk in the mall where you can use the touchscreen to figure out where you’re trying to go.
This app is completely worthless. Maybe the best functioning feature on this app is that it gives you a PDF of each of the floors, but all of the stores are coded by a random location number and give you no information about which stores are anywhere. It can’t help you navigate to any of the places where you want to go, and you can’t even search for things by category, like food or restaurants… So unless you know the exact name of the store you’re looking for and you can navigate to the PDF to find out where those stores coded location is than this app does nothing for you.

Janky but fine!
Nothing pretty or special about it but it runs and does what it needs to :)
Not worth the time
It doesn’t do me much good to know where a store is if the app can’t identify where I am in relation to it. And stop promoting me to sign up/in. I just want a useful map.
Points
I had a bunch of points saved up and now the app doesn’t load anything! Did I lose my points ?
Completely broken
This app has never been top tier but it used to work :). It has been broken for over a month, unusable!

With a recent update to both the app and to ios, some users have found it helpful to log out of the app, delete it from their phone, then reinstall. This has helped fix any issues they might have experienced. Give it a try, and let us know if it helps. If it does, maybe consider adjusting your rating by a star or two?
App has been blank for almost a month
Every page on the app has been temporarily available for over a month now. Crazy how this hasn’t been fixed yet! Time for an update
Cool Map
I love the updates to the Mall map and navigation in this version. Helpful to understand where I’m going in the mall with point to point navigation.
Good until recent visit
I was liking this app up until my last visit a week ago I submitted my receipts and as I go to check where my points are at now the Home Screen went blank and I even logged out and back in still home screen is blank can’t see current points or if it’s even worth keeping this app
2002 called-They want their technology back!
I am absolutely shocked that a business as large as Mall of America has an app that is this disappointing! Mall of America needs to take a queue from any large airport across the United States. You should be able to pull up this app. It should be able to recognize your location and you should be able to put in what store you want to go to and it should direct step by step how to get there. If this is the best they can do they shouldn't even bother. This is an absolute frustrating waste of time. Do better MoM.

Need a map
Ok just wanna say people are like oh this thing needs a map so I get the app to see if you guys have one and you do but It doesn’t even say where anything is so it took me 40 min to find my family. This app does nothing.

Not sure what the app does. It won’t allow me to get in without creating a login. But when I tap to create login, it says there is no form.
Cheap Nick U Pass
I paid $35 to basically get a ride pass. Plus I got a few coupons that save us a few bucks while we were there. The map wasn’t perfect, and I had to try a couple receipts twice but they ended up working. All in - what I saved makes it worth it for us…

Disappointed
I never typically write a review, but I was disappointed on the use of the rewards system with this app. I thought earning points was not something that you had to spend the points you would earn, but I was mistaken. I was hoping to use the free mini golf with the points I had earned and I did not know that the points I earned went to the Nickelodeon sweepstakes drawing for spring break. If I had know that I would have not done that. This reward system is not explained clearly and should have been. I also think you initially are spending more money to get the rewards (such as mini golf at Moose Mountain) even if you are a premium member. The only “good deal” I had was getting the Nickelodeon Universe wristband for $35. I’m hoping you guys can fix the reward system in this way. I am pretty disappointed this is what it ended up being.

90% of the time - recipt uploads decline
90% of the time when you try and upload a receipt it declines saying “wrong location” or “duplicate” - how is one even supposed to get points if none of the reciepts from stores work??
