Alarm not showing as an option
I love how convenient the app is but one of the things I was most excited about was being able to set up an alarm. I have an S755 and Ive tried lots of different things to try and work around the button for the alarm missing (deleting/reinstalling app, resetting up the bed, setting up a shortcut with Siri automation but I can’t get any of that to work. I imaging it is something that can get fixed on the back end as long as someone can take a look. Please let me know if possible if that is something that would be possible.
If it helps to know I am on an iPhone 17 pro on iOS 26.5.1.

It works, kind of.
This app will suffice as a remote control substitute, but you’ll have to put up with lots of bugs.
Pros:
* Easy to use
* Mirrors most remote functions
* Siri Shortcuts integration
Cons:
* Buggy
* Command lag
When you start the app, you are asked to select which bed you want to control. This is the stupidest screen to have to tap through every time— maybe just notice that I only own one bed and automatically select it? You know, like 99% of the people on the planet?
Once you get past the first screen, the layout of the app is odd to say the least. For example, the presets screen, which is basically a sub-tab of the unlabeled positioning (I guess?) tab, has large blank spaces where one would expect zero-gravity and anti snore presets to be. Despite the weirdness, it’s easy to use, and you won’t have any trouble finding most of the remote control functionality mirrored in the app. Nor is there a bunch of fluff trying to make the app more than it needs to be.
Adjustments have a noticeable lag, though I suspect that this is a hardware or communications issue rather than an app issue.
Plenty of other issues are probably attributable to the app, though. For example, other reviewers have mentioned connectivity problems. This is indeed a frequent issue, but I have noticed that some commands work more reliably than others, and can help the app to recover a connection. This behavior is strong evidence of app bugs rather than hardware issues.
One nice feature of the app is Siri Shortcuts. “Hey Siri, flatten my bed,” works reliably for me in the morning, since the phone has been near the bed all night. Shortcuts from the lock screen never seem to work, though. Also, you can’t control the bed’s night light from Siri, which is a huge miss in my opinion.
The bed base itself sounds like an electric window raised to the volume of a Vitamix, so I’d imagine the anti snore feature works well by simply waking you up. I wouldn’t know, though, because I don’t snore.

Needs Widget
Want to adjust my position while I’m sick in bed, but I have to go through a bunch of logins first. Would love to see a widget
Missing presets
I’ve used this app for over a year as my primary way to adjust my bed (s750). I opened it a couple months ago to find two preset options missing 1) the custom 2) setting and 2) the lounger setting. I’d like these back please.
Awesome
Didn’t even know my bed had a app
Lost bed after fresh download
I lost connection with bed and now undiscoverable with app.
Problems with the app since update
Love the app. It’s much more convenient than using my remote. But since the last update, I’ve lost 2 or 3 presets. Please fix!
Update: I currently have the S655 adjustable base. The specific problem I have is, after the last update; I no longer have access to the ‘Zero Gravity’ or the ‘Anti-Snore’ selections when I choose the presets option at the top of the screen. The choices used to be there, along with other choices and now they’re just gone. Idk what happened, but I used those on a daily basis. Please fix the issue.

Won’t stay connected
After using the app a few days I started to have to force quit the app and reopen it. Now it won’t connect at all even after ensuring the base was plugged in. I even tried pushing the pair button on the cord under the base and still it won’t connect.
Needs a little bit more work
Siri can only do preset commands by the manufacturer, but it should also be able to do preset commands maybe I don’t want 0G maybe I want another pre-set command by using Siri . This should generally be more shortcuts and shortcut flexibility, like running the massage through shortcuts . For the price I pay for the thing I’m surprised it doesn’t have it.

Not working in Watch
The apppreviosly works but now on says that iPhone is not responding and from iPhone it really works
Amigable operativo
Excelente app, muy practica
No dual Forte mode
Garbage app. Can only control the right side of the split head bed. No option to setup the left hand side of the bed. Sticking to the remotes that came with the bed.
WHAT HAPPENED?!!!!!
Had to down load this app because the previous one was no longer supported. (It worked great!)
THIS APP WILL NOT SYNC! Have installed. Uninstalled and installed again. NOTHING! Tried all the bases listed. STILL NOTHING!

Became a little glitchy in the last year
Update - resetting network settings on my iPhone seems to have resolved this issue.
This app worked great for a while. I’m not sure if it was an app update or iOS update, but the app is now a little glitchy with my S755 bases. If I leave the app open after using it, then try to use it again a few minutes later, the base doesn’t respond. I have to go back to the app landing page, select the bed again and then the app works again. First world problem, but nonetheless frustrating.

Very poor app
Not much works correctly and what does work is full of glitches. It’s sad to think that some companies consider this to be production ready apps.
Doesn’t work, little to no Support
This app doesn’t work if you have a Malouf split king bed. It will not recognize the other side of the bed. Spent $5k and only get 75% of the functionality they claim their base has!
Inadequate app.
Connection to base often lost, but works fine when connected. Siri commands do not show up in my app. Frame is the M455 so no idea why they are not available. Tried reinstalling app and/or base setup but neither works.
Probably just use supplied remote. So far works okay.

Doesn’t work with iPhone
Does not work with iPhone. They are aware of problems but has not fixed.
Base
Does this program ever work? It’s insane to have to restart the app over and over and over reboot your phone and it still doesn’t work. Who on earth wrote this program
Bluetooth connection
I just purchased the M455 Malouf adjustable frame. The frame works great with the remote control that came with it.
I downloaded the app for my iPhone but it will not sync to my phone nor to my wife’s phone.
I don’t know it’s the app or the bed that is the problem.
