App suck, service is good
I love that these forms are all easily available however, we could not get ID verification to work, and so could not do the online signing and had to go to a bank to get the forms notarized. The app and scanning system is absolutely terrible. You cannot upload each section one at a time, so if you accidentally hit the back button, you will lose all progress. I had to scan these forms three times because the first two times I tapped the back button accidentally and despite having saved the first three forms, it would not let me upload the last form separately. This is completely nonsensical, these are four separate forms and should be able to be uploaded separately. No one should have to lose all their progress because of a super finicky back button. If they fixed this, I would be highly satisfied with this service. The ID verification was kind of irritating, but this app is infuriating.

Easy and convenient
Super easy and fast to scan using my camera phone. Then share to my Google Drive and email. No problems whatsoever. Very happy with this service!
So Easy!
I used Mama Bear legal forms for all 4 of my kids when they left home. It gave me peace of mind (and them too) to know that if they were incapacitated, I could speak on their behalf. Their App is super easy to use, and I have the notarized documents stored on my phone if I ever need them. I’ve already used them at the DMV! Amazing!

SO ANNOYING
WHY can’t you scan the documents in separately?! It stopped scanning on the third doc and returned to the home screen, and wanted me to start over! What a horrible app. For shame.
Cannot upload, scan only
Cannot upload signed documents. We have to scan each page individually for multiple documents for multiple people for multiple states. This would take me hours to hand scan a couple hundred pages for my family. And if you skip a page seems like you have to start over.
