Location services is broken
The app cannot determine my location despite having full permissions to view location data. Error message is not helpful. Remove and reinstall did not fix the problem.
This app never works
I have to try and pay 2 and three times every time I check out the mobile order is insane and the app is always crashing I hate this app

Easy to navigate and also see what rewards and promotions are available

The app hung up several times during my transaction. It would have been faster for me to travel there and order it onsite!

The absolute worst
This is the worst app I’ve ever used for this type of service.
Downloaded it on my commute thinking I’d get ahead of the notoriously slow line - only to have it completely brick my phone. Had to Google how to reset a frozen phone once I got to my office. Truly a great start.
Later that day, gave it a second chance. The interface is an absolute disaster - wall-to-wall magazine shoot photos when all you want is to find the coffee. The menu is a horizontal scroll bar with no “Coffee” label anywhere. You click Iced Drinks - nope, that’s $10 fruity specialty drinks. You scroll all the way down and eventually find actual coffee buried at the bottom.
Then you notice the prices are higher than ordering in person. HIGHER. At Maman.
You decide to order anyway - at least you can skip the line. You survive the whole ordeal, fill your cart, and then it asks you to select a pickup time. Not 5 minutes. Not 10. TWENTY MINUTES. (I think it was actually 40 but I’m a kind person.)
Lucky for them they’re the only coffee shop near my office. They still got my business. But not because of this app. Despite it.

Love their coffee and staff
Amazing staff in meatpacking. Always smiling and welcoming. Good drinks and choice of pastries
Interface is garbage
Where to start? The location functionality is horrendous. Also, Impossible to sign in via Google even though the option is presented. Basically forces you to default signing in as a guest, which means no saved order history, points etc.
The app is not fast enough
I need to be able to get into the app and place an order while on NYC subway and sometimes it takes 3-4 stops before i’m able to do so because the app loads so slowly
Horrible check out experience
Such an easy process turned in to a complicated process. App stuck on check out multiple times. Lol
Bait and Switch App
Terrible app. Scan for Loyalty doesn’t work, you need to scan with the payment. Your app keeps telling me I have rewards and then when i open the app there’s nothing! the bait and switch just pisses me off more because you’re clearly clamoring for me to use the app again. before this lunchbox nonsense the maman app was great! the rewards are great! you guys only get my business because it’s the closest coffee shop to my workplace but TRUST i only go as a last resort.

Love maman, but missing items?
Love this cafe and overall the app works well but I have never been able to find the quiche on the app, which is one of my favorite items. It would be helpful to have a search function.
In LOVE with this place!
Maman’s is the perfect little coffee/pastry/sandwich shop. They make the most aesthetically pleasing and great tasting coffee, and the foods always follows like a cherry on top 10/10 would recommend. Slightly pricy though guys a sandwich doesn’t have to be $17
