Really helped center me, I was at peace and I felt every string tugging on my heart and mind that has hurt me , releasing is something I hope to work on during this time. I haven’t cried in so long I didn’t realize how much sadness I had rooted in my heart. I ended my session with prayer psalms 6.
Hypnosis Snapping & Counting
I really love A LOT about this app. I appreciate the encouragement, the suggestions and most of the tools. However, the snapping and counting that happens during the “hypnosis” portion of the courses is just not for me. It makes me feel uncomfortable. I understand hypnosis is a technique that is beneficial for certain people and don’t necessarily think it shouldn’t be part of the app, but suggest making it a feature you can opt out of. As of right now, I’m on the fence about renewing my subscription.

Non invasive healing for the family!
There’s a subtle shift happening within me! I appreciate this app sooo much. It’s one of my go to apps for healing!
Not what I thought it was
I was so excited to find this app, I thought it could help postpartum depression and anxiety, without having to set appointments to go see a therapist in my very busy life. Once I found out it was all AI created and controlled I no longer wanted to use the app. So disappointed that it’s just another AI app. I was hoping for maybe reading material and podcast and to be able to talk to a real person.

Glitching for over 24 hours
12/16-12/17 haven’t been able to load a thing.

I couldn’t get beyond the “how did you hear about our app” it just showed a blank screen. I tried several times, nothing.

Looks like I am one of those on whom psychotherapy doesn’t work on. Unfortunately i wanted to unsubscribe but the payment went through and i am trying to get my refund and they would not respond or refund the money so be very careful on what u are subscribing for. Zero response so far from the team. No idea whom to ask for help.

It costs to use the app
You don’t have to pay to download. Instead you pay after you waste 20 minutes of your night filling info out just to not be able to use the app at all without payment.
Best parenting tool!!
I'm so happy I gave this app a try! I use it daily to overcome stress and anxiety. The sessions are so relaxing and help me to stay patient and calm even when my kids push all my buttons. Even my kids listen to the kids program, before bedtime or in the car. Thank you so much for this wonderful app for us moms!!!!

The app itself is great, but I was given a promo of $38 and they charged me almost $75 for the year. Of course, they conveniently haven’t gotten back to me over this.
This app truly changed my life
I was in the thick of PPA and didn’t know where to turn, I didn’t feel like therapy was worth the financial stress so I looked to other outlets. This app has gotten me through so much! PPA, breaking generational habits, anger, impatience, sleep, self love. I was only going to use it for a few months but I’m a lifetime user!

The actual meditations were good but wished it was in a woman’s voice instead of male.
Waste of time
I was super excited to try this app out I’ve been struggling a lot since I had my first child almost 4 years ago I went through the whole thing answering questions choosing what I wanted to change etc and I get to the end and I have to pay to use the app.
App wont let me sign up
I love the concept of this app and would love to begin using it however everytime I try signingup and it has me add to village, there is no option to move forward or continue, I have tried refreshing, looking up customer support and even deleted and reinstalled the app! Maybe this bug can be fixed..

Truly life changing!
I never write reviews for apps, but MamaZen deserves a 5-star rating and a glowing review! This app is truly life changing for me! I am a widowed mom of two little kids, so I live in constant stress and anxiety. No amount of therapy, breath work, meditation has come close to giving me the results this app gives me. I am calmer, more present, more attuned to myself and my children and just feel less anxious and overwhelmed overall. This app truly has a session for every life circumstance and every feeling. So often I would download a meditation app only to get bored with it or simply not be able to find a session that speaks to me. With MamaZen, no matter what my challenges are, the perfect session is always available. They even have sessions just for kids and those have become part of our nightly routine! My kids absolutely love listening to the meditations to help them fall asleep. I am forever grateful to the creators and developers of this app for the work they put in to bring this app to life! Keep doing the amazing work of helping moms thrive! ❤️

I am Sahm of 6 yrs old and under including twins and 4 months old infant. I was skeptical before, because didn’t know anything about meditation ( never tried before) but I had the habit of laying my head down and closing my eyes, so I was like why not try this and also am neurodivergent person, I have anxiety too, am healing from perfectionism, I get overwhelmed with noises and lack of fresh air because it is extremely cold outside, so when I put my earphones and lay my head down and listen to the voice of the person, at end I feel refreshed, like I took a nap, but how about the the voice that feels like a free therapy( to me at least), and I am someone who loves kids but happen to be wired differently, I love the a idea of feeling empathy for the kids and that kids aren’t trying to give you hard times, they already having one. I love the person voice, it is an amazing choice because it is gentle and calming. Because of this App I feel I have people on my side who understand how motherhood isn’t easy. Am on tight budget am so glad I can afford it, I love the onetime payment and using it a whole year.

Sad bc I can’t afford this and need it bad 😭 I’m sooo stressed out as a single mother of 3 and I’m behind on bills and I’m scared I’m going to be homeless with nowhere to go. I came here not knowing you had to pay for it thinking I would find some relief but, yea I can’t afford it. 💔😭 Sounds like a very good app.
