This worked great for a few weeks before the update. Now it’s more work to fix it than it is to just push mow the yard.
Need’s some SW Updates
Looking at the latest map updates ours does not show. Assume model specific. During mow you can just about see the cutting routes whereas previous it was very clear
Luba Mini AWD 1500. Constantly experiencing stops on route to lawn. I thought the ‘no stop’ function would fix this and yes to a point it has. I’ve now hit limit on no stop zones which is really annoying when the robot stops in one of the sections missed that is normally not a problem. To me the best solution would be to either draw the no stop route or even simpler to be able to make the path between lawns automatically a no stop area. Seems crazy the way it works. Actually like the new option to now cut around no go zones. Missed the change and like other reviewer really couldn’t understand why the area was not being cut. One option to cut selected problem solved. Every update seems to sort some problems and cause others..

Poor app
A great mower extremely easy to program areas for mowing. The app however is unnecessarily complicated and it’s very difficult to navigate around. The fine tuning of your map area is also a bit clunky. It would be great if one could fine tune the map,off-line somehow and not use the app.
June 2026 Do Not Update
Horrible update. COMPLETELY BREAKS - NETWORK CONNECTIVITY IS TERRIBLE AFTER UPDATE. ALWAYS OFFLINE.
I have 30 zones, and to manually mow one now, it automatically selects all zones so I have to deselect 29 zones just to mow one. Awful update. Save yourself and skip this one. I am regretting it bigtime.
Also now half of the time it fails when just trying to undock from the charger. I have to physically turn the robot off and move it with my hands to undock from the charger. This robot went from DREAM to DREAD with this terrible update.

Mower is great…the app???
Frequent if not constant problems using the app. I keep trying to map certain parts of my lawn and it keeps giving me the same error over and over. The mower works great. The app has issues.
Your latest update broke smooth network connecting
Please revert back or improve whatever was changed that is now made connecting to the robot really tough. It was working perfectly before it now takes multiple times closing the app launching and sometimes that doesn’t even work to get it connected without getting within Bluetooth range.
App needs basic help!
The “newly updated app” is lacking a bunch of standard features. First:
PLEASE bring back the percentage of task completed stats. This was one of the most useful features, and is now gone. Nobody cares about square footage already cut - just show “48% already complete” during a task (which it was doing already in the first app version).
Also, don’t display “708 minutes remaining” - just convert to normal human units like “11.8 hours” or “11 hours XX mins”.
Choosing area 1 of 2 is really confusing you have to tap a bunch of times to figure it out and actually make the robot do only area 1 but not area 2. It’s better, but lacking a ton of “common sense” display functions.
Please consider refining the app with this feedback. Cheers.

Latest updates broke a lot
Worse than the old version. Have trouble with remote video, map alignment, mowing updates… never buying Mammotion again. Unfinished broken garbage with zero support besides “send logs”
Sucks
This thing sucks I can’t mow anymore so I got this worthless thing to mow my grass. It won’t go over clover. Even though the clover is not much taller than the grass Dandelions stop this thing dead in its tracks. It is totally worthless
New App - far too complicated
I have been using the new Mammotion app and, unfortunately, I find it to be a significant step backwards in usability compared with the previous version.
In the old app, it was very simple to mow a specific area. You would select "Mow", choose the area you wanted to cut, and then adjust settings such as cutting height or mowing pattern if required. The process was intuitive and quick.
In the new app, what was previously a straightforward task has become unnecessarily complicated. To mow an area, I now have to create a schedule and set a time. If I want the mower to start immediately, I have to edit the schedule and change the start time to the current time. This feels cumbersome and adds several unnecessary steps to what should be a simple operation.
In addition, there is no obvious or convenient way to adjust how the grass is cut at the point of starting a mowing task. Options such as mowing pattern, angle, and other cutting preferences should be easy to access when launching a mow, rather than being buried within schedules or settings.
The old app put manual control and flexibility first. The new app appears to prioritise scheduling at the expense of ease of use. While scheduling is useful, many users simply want to tell the mower to cut a particular area right now, using the settings they choose at that moment.
I would strongly encourage Mammotion to reintroduce a simple "Mow Now" workflow where users can:• Select an area.• Choose the mowing pattern and settings.• Start mowing immediately.
This would restore much of the simplicity and user-friendliness that made the previous app so effective.

No mobile connection
Since the lastest update (08/06/2026), the connection between my Luba 3 and my mobile phone has been totally broken. It used to work without any issues before. Then new UI, and since then, unless I’m right beside the Luba 3 and connect via Bluetooth, the 4G connection has totally disappeared. I’ve only got the Luba 3 for 2 months, so the 4G connection hasn’t ran out.

Good but…
We should be able to choose different mowing patterns for different lawn areas. The stripe between the sidewalk and street or along a driveway, where your lawn meets the neighbor lawn should have its own options. Also the new update sucks. App keeps disconnecting from the mower for no reason. You should really test your updates before you push them out. The app is almost broken now.

June 2026 Update Ruined Product
they pushed a large and untested update June 2026 that broke everything and does the opposite of saving you time. look forward to resetting your entire device multiple times as channels and pathways that previously worked are now uneditable. the robot went from being smart and useful to being a paper weight. thanks again mamotion

I can’t get my 5000 sq metres
My Luba 2 5000 AWD is amazing and I’m very happy with it - But….
I have approx 4200 m2 mapped and want to add a few hundred m2 more. HOWEVER - when I try and add more - it’s in-mapping area calculation declares that the area has exceeded 5000m2 when it hasn’t. A way of switching off the ‘during mapping area calculation’ would solve this

App issues with shared device
The mower works as expected. The device is shared with me. The owner doesn’t have connectivity issues. But it does seem like the person it is shared with can only connect via Bluetooth. No other communication seems possible even on the same WiFi.
The map view is very clunky. It’s usable, but requires a lot of patience.
I really nice feature would be some way to see when it detects avoided area. Either an image or LiDAR representation. It would help to debug why there are sometimes mowing inconsistencies.

A ameliorer
Le zoom automatique est pénible car lorsqu'on souhaite suivre la zone en cours de tonte le zoom revient en arriere sur l'ensemble de la carte. Je voudrais aussi pouvoir modifier le bord des zones directement en dessinant sur la carte. Je voudrais aussi pouvoir bouger/debloquer le robot manuellement le robot lorsque je ne suis pas chez moi pour pouvoir lancer des tontes en mon absence...

I’m so happy I bought this.
Latest version hid the most important features
This latest version completely destroyed the usefulness of the app, instead of being able to select what area is to mow, there’s now just one useless run button. What if I don’t want to mow all of the areas in one shot? They announced this new version of the app is being more intuitive, but it’s far worse than the last one. Try again.
