Bugs in the booking

Autos get booked but the app shows no booking, until the auto guy reaches. App just doesn’t even tell me that it’s booking an auto

Fares are low but drivers are cancelling ride

I will not recommend this app and service. This app is showing low fares but cab drivers are cancelling ride even after pickup. I experienced in Hyd. No support from app side.

No sense of reducing price

I booked cab from this app, driver asked how much its showing. I said 600₹. Driver said its too less, i will charge ₹800.
However on ola/uber it was showing 650₹ only.

Pathetic experience!!

Fares are high- than Rapido & Uber

Fares are high- than Rapido & Uber. I checked for airport and the price is lower in Rapido & Uber. No use of this app. Uninstalled it as well

Dont fool the customers.Manayatri saying low prices but whenever i checked everytime this ride cost is more than Ola,Rapido,Uber. Im very disappointed with prices.

Good

The app is good and the cost charged is also reasonable, but very auto drivers are using this app in Hyderabad city.

I would like to suggest you to add feature where we could change the drop location while I’m taking the ride if needed. I booked my ride using this app and after reaching my drop point the address which I had to go was no longer there. I wanted to change it in the app so the driver could navigate to the right location and also update the fare accordingly, but since that option was not available I had to request the driver for navigating to different address and pay him more.

Had a good experience , Fare was low compare to other apps. Best point is the total shown amount I paid it Auti driver directly. Driver was happy & I am also happy . Loved this app

Customer always pays more

What is the point of using the app over other apps? I don’t understand who is going to benefit from this app when as a rider has to pay more on this compared to ola and uber. I was excited when i heard there will be no commission. But when i tried to book a ride i noticed this is charging 40Rs more than ola. I am thankful ola and uber exist. Otherwise these cab and auto drivers force us to pay double the price and form syndicate.
