Sometimes, admins enforce policies that restrict certain functionalities like taking screenshots within personal applications. We recommend contacting your admin first to verify if any such restrictions have been applied to your device. They should be able to assist you in checking and adjusting these settings if necessary. If it turns out there are no restrictions regarding screenshots on your device, please feel free to reach out to mdm-support@manageengine.com for further assistance. Stuck on enrolments page

Thank you for your feedback regarding the Enrolment Page. Currently, the Enrolment Page is not intended for self-enrolment, and this feature is not supported at the moment. Additionally, it's worth noting that the MEMDM App is designed to work seamlessly when distributed via Mobile Device Management (MDM). Rest assured, we are working on enabling this functionality in the near future. Help me with this please
So my iphone got hacked thru my iCloud account being compromised and I have no idea anything about remotely managed and I saw you say something about my IT Admin who is that and how do I find out how to take it off and stop spying and taking my data and what not!?

For our Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution to access certain functionalities, the device needs to be enrolled in MDM. Given that you mentioned not being aware of any IT Admin or Device Provider, it's important for us to confirm whether your device is enrolled in MDM.
