As if i now have to PAY to listen to the live game commentary?! This has always been free and the only reason i have the app! Whats the point of it now? Might aswell listen on something else

Unable to link subscription
Yet more rubbish from Man United Digital Services. Paid £30 and unable to link the app to my subscription. Avoid
Poor navigation
This is not an improvement! It is hard to navigate and find key information, such as u21 and u18s profiles, predictions etc. really frustrating.
MUTV
I’m so sick of this app that I have paid for not giving me MUTV access because I have an iPhone account that just renews itself on the date needed for my annual subscription payment! I watched us lose to Wrexham, as it worked then and I saw the Atleti game, PSG! Leeds no and against Amorim tomorrow No even though I have done everything they have asked by email 5 times. But they are busy!! I am not busy apparently I have nothing else to do but send emails to UNITED and get nothing in return

A decent app ruined!
The latest app update has made the app much harder to navigate - some commonly used features have been buried inside an opaque menu system and other features have seemingly been removed entirely. I couldn’t find the academy team news or academy news in general. Where is the full MUTV schedule? Where are the latest news items - the latest I could find was a day old? The list goes on and on…
Update 24th August
The new app version (still poor) loaded a few days ago has now denied me access to MUTV even though the app clearly lists my active subscription. It worked fine for the pre-season games!!! Still can’t give it zero stars so it remains at one star!!!

Very buggy
Can’t log in. Stuck in an endless loop of misery. Additionally, trying to buy an item from store & keeps throwing me to previous screen & then prompting me to log in. I’ve logged in about 5000 times! As with other users new app functionality is poor, fixtures etc. was better before…

Very difficult to navigate the app. Cannot find “My United” in the app and cannot find my prediction in the app.

It’s lost all the good features
This app has now become just a merchandising platform. All the good features, like predictions, have gone and it is just as easy to get information from the news and sports media. Very disappointing.
Downgraded App
Is this a cost cutting exercise? Old app was so much better so can’t understand why it was changed. Can’t even get the scores to fit in boxes. Basic elements poorly done - this should be a high quality app for a club of Utd’s size. Do better!
Latest Update
New app is terrible. Opening day of new season and the listen live doesn’t work, the watch live just gives me the spinning wheel. Did you test any of this before the season. Sums up the club for the last 10 years, badly prepared, badly and cheaply executed. Get it fixed
Lost features
It used to be you could see the results and fixtures of all teams in the premiership. Now you can only see united which isn’t great when you want to see the results for rivals and their form against each other and how many point they might get from the rest if the season. I would love for it not to matter but it does so please put this feature back in.

Awful
This might be one of the worst app changes I’ve ever seen. Now almost completely unusable, previously able to use tabs to look at players from various age groups, easily navigate to the matchday stuff. Now everything is a massive effort to find anything. Absolute garbage. Whoever designed it 🤦🏻
