Paid for nothing
I paid for a subscription a month ago. Jumped on to watch a preseason game and the livestream (or anything else) would not work. So after I reached out for support and told them this would be the second match I would not be able to see they literally told me in writing to watch the game somewhere else. Please ACTUAL see excerpt: “The match this evening will be to watch on ITV1, STV, Premier Sports 2, in the UK, FanCode in India and MUTV, LUTV worldwide. Kind Regards, Alice”
Also the games aren’t even in HD. Not even the match replays or the recaps.

They refuse to honor their subscription just to get more money out of you. I have an annual subscription and when they increased their prices they won’t honor my subscription.
new version is awful
when whoever at mufc began tinkering with this app at the end of 25-26 season i immediately thought “…ok, great they’ll finally improve navigation & allow the user to better control their feeds based on how they interact with the club without being forced to see items of no importance to fan (ie. women’s team)…i am not interested in women’s team nor all the “for social media” stuff…at the moment i only maintain this app so i can watch men’s/boys academy matches/replays…this current version has continued in a horrible format direction with regards to navigation. stop trying to be a social media platform & simplify/streamline the approach for actual fans.

App doesn’t work even though I’ve had a subscription for years. Shows that I’m not subscribed. Can’t get it to open showing my account is active.

App used to be good now it is irritating to use. Why the change from the old app which was good? Difficult and confusing to navigate.

I am an iPhone user and I really don’t enjoy this current App. All features of the old App needs to be restored, My Man Utd etc. This current one is not interesting and interactive like we had before. It has just soured my anticipation of a new season starting soon ☹️

Paid for it, refuses to let me watch the preseason even tho it acknowledges I paid. Complete ripoff and haven’t refunded me yet. This app is as bad as their transfer windows.

Still not good enough
This app as been around for a while as it currently sits. It still has massive issues with the Home Screen video features, when you can get videos to work they still clutch quite often.
I have high speed commercial internet (fiber), and literally have no issue with any other apps but this one.
They’re customer service is also nonexistent. They just tell you to delete the app and download it again. They never fix anything.

The new design is very hard to navigate
The new design of the app needs a serious rethink and is far worse than the previous design. The app is filled with unnecessarily large graphics, which although look nice make it so you have to scroll through content you may not be interested in just to get to info you want to access such as the fixture and squad list. Furthermore, there is no way of searching for specific content or info, leaving you endlessly scrolling in hope of finding what you’re actually looking for. This makes the app frustratingly hard to use if you’re doing anything except browsing for the latest news.
The bug fixes for the video software are much appreciated though.
