Manifesta: 21-Day Plan

One intention, 21 days. Write it in one sentence. Each day, write a few lines toward it, then press and hold the stamp to seal the day. Manifesta is a 21-day writing practice built around one intention in your own words: “I open my ceramics studio”, “I run 5 km without stopping”, “I ask for the raise”. You write a page a day and fill a sheet of 21 days with stamps. TODAY'S PAGE Each day has its own prompt, and the 21 prompts follow the cycle. Week 1, see it: write the scene as if it has happened, with the details and the people who were there. Week 2, meet it: name what stood in the way and how you got past it. Week 3, notice it: write what has moved and what you will keep doing. A few lines are enough. Swap any prompt you don't like for another. HOLD TO STAMP Once you have written the page, press and hold the stamp to seal the day. The sheet of 21 fills one stamp at a time. A missed day stays blank and the cycle goes on, so you have no streak to protect. Tap any day with a page to reread it. VISION BOARD Add photos from your library and a few words as bold stickers. Pick a poster, grid or column layout. Tap “Look at my board” for a minute in full screen, one tile at a time, ending on today's page. Manifesta keeps its own copy of each photo, so your board stays whole if you delete the originals. EVIDENCE JAR Write one line for each real step that points the same way: the message you sent, the price you asked, the page you finished. Each line drops into the jar in the colour of its life area. Tap the jar to pull out an old one. LETTER TO DAY 21 On days 1 to 3, write to the person who reaches day 21. Seal it and it stays closed. On day 21 you get one notification, break the seal and read it. DAY 21 The cycle closes on the full sheet: days stamped, pages written, evidence collected and your letter. Share the sheet as an image, without your intention or your pages. Then pick the same intention for 21 new days, or write a new one. Earlier cycles and their pages stay in a searchable archive. ONE REMINDER A DAY Pick a time and Manifesta reminds you once a day until day 21. Each reminder names the day and quotes your intention: “Day 8 of 21: I open my ceramics studio”. A stamped day gets no reminder. NO PROMISES Manifesta makes no claim that wanting or writing something makes it happen, and it promises no result. It gives your intention a place to live for 21 days: a page a day, a sheet to fill and a record of what you did. YOUR PAGES STAY ON YOUR PHONE Your intention, pages, board photos, letters and evidence stay on your device. Manifesta has no server that receives them. Sign in with Apple to keep Premium on your other devices, or carry on without an account. You can delete everything from Settings. IN YOUR LANGUAGE Manifesta follows your iPhone's language: English, Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese. FREE AND PREMIUM Free: your intention, every day's page and prompt, the stamp and the sheet of 21, reminders, the day-21 recap, the evidence jar, and a vision board with 3 photos and as many words as you like.
