It’s a great place to become better informed by the world because reality will slap you down when you’re wrong. And seeing a huge positive price swing on risky prediction bets is quite the thrill, despite no real money/stakes involved, at least for me.

A market made for future
You could consider yourself good with numbers, or a new age digital currency expert. However simply being a user of these markets don’t even begin to question what futures you will succeed or fail in.
Unexpectedly high quality app
Wow. Devs and ux/ui for this app are doing it right (and where they’re not, they are actively updating and fixing). I went in discord to report a bug and got a response in minutes from like 3 devs…like…are you kidding me right now?! Thats insanely awesome.
As for the actual app idea- prediction markets which use proceeds as donations, one of which is give directly…i mean cmon thats the one of the best app ideas ive ever heard.
Seriously cheers to yall who make this app a thing.

The UI is awesome and it’s pretty fun so far!
Politically motivated mods ruin fairness
Unfortunately a left-leaning mod liquidated my position on a political market, due to a mistake they made where they gave people too much Sweepcash, but they left all other positions with this same situation active that had politics they agreed on. I would recommend Polymarket where markets are not being artificially manipulated based off mods’ political preference. Mods are all all over the place with their inconsistent moderation policy, the site is down or slows to a crawl constantly and is overal quite buggy. Dont waste your time.

Good concept but mediocre community
The concept of the app is cool, and it’s fun for a while. But it’s really just the same handful of markets, and then a bunch of weird uninteresting ones that are basically like “what will I eat for lunch”. The app needs more interesting markets, until then it’s kind of annoying.
Update Broke App
I had 9 markets (2 open) and the most recent update deleted them (shows my current number of questions at zero, and as far as I could see, the markets no longer exist.) The verification feature also does not work and errors out when I attempt to use it. Releasing a broken update like this is unacceptable for any company trying to pivot to working as a real money market.

Horrible, Glitchy Interface
The layout is very unintuitive and far too busy to find things easily. It’s also quite buggy. Several times I have put time and energy into creating a question, only to have the question vanish into thin air, leaving me frustrated and not wanting to engage with this app.
I love manifold
The community is the best part here. It’s currently super small. So you get to know people over time.

Cool idea needs better execution
This is solely a review of the app. I love the idea and check my predictions nearly as much as I check my stocks which is quite a bit. My only issue is as of late when I go to view my trades I am stuck at a load bar, and I can’t really see how my predictions are doing so it kind of ruins the whole point of the app. Hope they fix it soon

Vague Polls
People will write vague polls and then (by opinion) end them one way or the other. Very frustrating when a poll is ended in a way that is completely different than what was written.
Fun and Addictive
This is one of the best prediction markets out there and it’s completely free. Pretty easy UI that’s easy to navigate and a really nice and informative community.
Fun and informative
First of all this app is really well made. It’s intuitive, responsive, and aesthetically excellent. I’m really glad that betting markets have gotten the development team and user base that they deserve. I hope it continues to grow!
Mods ruin it
Mods and admins change markets results with no source or any reasoning. Constantly on a power trip
Very slick interface
I wish more apps were as well made as this one, everything feels so responsive, even on my relatively old iPhone mini. Manifold is a great place to get an idea of what folks think is going to happen.
Could be improved
Manifold itself is an awesome place in all regards, but right now this app is just a port of the mobile website. I think the UI could be a bit smoother and Manifold should have more app-specific functions.
Buggy
Can’t get past the “What Interests You?” prompt directly following account creation. After I hit “Done” I get stuck on a loading screen. Tried it in app, in browser and on my PC.
