We have 12 locations with Maple and the app makes it MUCH easier to navigate the platform. In the past we needed to set up 12 transfer lines which was challenging… worth it for maple but still a pain sometimes. The app simplified everything for us so huge shout out to the incredible team at Maple for releasing this for us

When I first got started with Maple and when I used other services I always needed to pay for a second phone line to handle customer transfers since our main line forwards to the AI. Now, thanks to the app customers with urgent issues just notify me via the app and I can use the app to handle everything. Life saver !!!
