Video files not available outside the app

Recordings are through this app, really poor design which prevents me recommending their camera product to friends and colleagues! Camera documentation is also poor basic quick start pdf while the user manual is in some unspecified format which makes it completely useless. Very poor customer relations!

WiFi issues
So I’ve update the App a few weeks ago, and since then the App from my phone says there is no WiFi connection to the DVR camera. My phone however recognizes that there is WiFi connection to the unit. Frustrating. There are other units that recognize that there is a Marbella WiFi, so I guess there is an issue with the App. Please fix it! Thanks so much
