App not working

I was using this app just fine to get ideas to help my son build his marble runs but not it prompts us to login and I’ve tried everything but creating accounts and it keeps saying user already exits. This is extremely frustrating.

Not able to make an account

Regardless of the email and user name provided, the app will not create an account nor can we move forward as a guest. It is now a useless app with no support on how to rectify

This app won’t let me sign up, log in, or continue as guest. It keeps saying “This user already exists”. Please fix this.
