App not working
I was using this app just fine to get ideas to help my son build his marble runs but not it prompts us to login and I’ve tried everything but creating accounts and it keeps saying user already exits. This is extremely frustrating.
Not able to make an account
Regardless of the email and user name provided, the app will not create an account nor can we move forward as a guest. It is now a useless app with no support on how to rectify
Ugh…
This app won’t let me sign up, log in, or continue as guest. It keeps saying “This user already exists”. Please fix this.
Garbage
I’ve searched all over the internet and can’t find a copy of the original instructions for our marble set. Everything points to this app, but it’s broken. What a waste.

As some other users have reported, the app was working fine, but then recently has prompted a login screen, when trying to continue as guest > it says the user already exists. Same when trying to create a login and password.
I liked using the app for building the marble genius advanced and expert designs, and while I have built them plenty of times I don’t have them memorized.
Please fix the app so that a login isn’t required or provide an alternative location for building plans.

Fix the app
Need to fix the app. It just blank when I logged in. Logged out and now can’t even get back into the app itself.

For the past few weeks the Al has been working great but now I can’t seem to log in or even go into the guest account because it keeps saying that the user already exists. So can you please fix that problem so that I can get back to building unique marble runs? Thank You.

This app is trash.
This app offers you nothing whatsoever. My son received this set for Christmas and I thought it was very cool that it would comes with a app with instructions and challenges. I was very disappointed to see that there were no instructions for anything… no instructions for any challenges. Just pictures of different marble sets that were already made. Not to mention this app is horribly glitchy. A real waste of time!

Okay app, but…
It’s nice that you can see others’ creations and comment on them, but there is nowhere to submit photos of your own creations! Plus, you can’t change your profile picture. Not really worth the download.

I created a login so my kids could get some building ideas on the app. It is impossible to login!! But the login works on the Website. What gives? Please update the App so it works. Your toys are so great! I’ll update or delete my review once I can login from my iPad
