They randomly decide that they will charge me 450$ for cleaning, which are not discussed in lease agreement, and no cleaning company invoice was attached, some additional charge for random “missed appointments”

Scam
Tried to rent me a property that’s not available. Doubled down when pressed. Place was in escrow I found out later from the managers of the property.
Easy to use
I’ve been using Marble for my rental property. The app is easy to navigate but it shows exactly what you pay for. It’s evident that they are still working out the kinks. I do not like how I speak to different reps when I ask question or when I do ask a question about a previous conversation, the rep has no idea what I’m talking about.

If you are a landlord, prepare to receive deposits late. Overall, not the best experience.
Don’t waste your time. Causes more headaches and frustration
Was really hopeful w/ the product but both the app and paid service is absolutely terrible. I have 11 homes and tried the $50/month service for a couple of them and the SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE FOR BOTH TENANTS AND LANDLORDS, they don’t solve problems but CAUSE them due to miscommunication, delays and not closing issues w/ tenants. Will be going back to a professional property manager, not some gimmick run by a bunch of kids. The app is Uber buggy as well. F-
