Impossible to login
Application for seafarers who is always seating at home. Because at sea you’re unable to receive sms with code for login.

After selecting the date, I can’t proceed any further. The app freezes when I try to choose the patient’s details. I reported the issue in the in-app chat, but some rude woman there tried to convince me that the app works, even though I sent her screenshots as proof.
Terrible company
Disgusting company! They do absolutely nothing properly! It’s impossible to get in touch — they completely ignore any questions. To get a test done, you have to beg the operator for confirmation. The procedure itself is impossible to complete, and everything that could be done in a couple of hours drags on for weeks. Think twice before dealing with this company.

Apps not working
It is impossible to enter the application on the iPhone, after entering the password nothing happens, the application hangs on the main screen, updating and deleting did not help

IOS 18.3.2:
1. Registration does not work. After filling out all the fields - throws out of the application.
2. Fields do not accept automatic filling from SMS

1. Fields do not accept automatic filling from SMS
2. IBAN and other values cannot be inserted - you have to enter them manually.
Signing up is a whole quest. I find myself anticipating bugs in the system....
