Impossible to login
Application for seafarers who is always seating at home. Because at sea you’re unable to receive sms with code for login.

After selecting the date, I can’t proceed any further. The app freezes when I try to choose the patient’s details. I reported the issue in the in-app chat, but some rude woman there tried to convince me that the app works, even though I sent her screenshots as proof.
Terrible company
Disgusting company! They do absolutely nothing properly! It’s impossible to get in touch — they completely ignore any questions. To get a test done, you have to beg the operator for confirmation. The procedure itself is impossible to complete, and everything that could be done in a couple of hours drags on for weeks. Think twice before dealing with this company.

Apps not working
It is impossible to enter the application on the iPhone, after entering the password nothing happens, the application hangs on the main screen, updating and deleting did not help

1. Registration does not work. After filling out all the fields - throws out of the application.
2. Fields do not accept automatic filling from SMS

Signing up is a whole quest. I find myself anticipating bugs in the system....

Cannot file a claim
The app displays the message "Please select a claim type" even though "Out Patient" has already been selected under the Select Claim Type section. Due to this error, I am unable to proceed to the next step in the claims process.
Unable to log in to the application
It is not possible to enter the application via SMS verification and in another way, I used to be able to log in via FACE ID, now I can't log in at all, developers, what have you done?
Downloading files
After the new update, it keeps on downloading files for hours non-stop!!

On application you can not enter consultation type beacuse its unvisible even after re instalation of same.
Log in doesn’t work
There is no ‘confirm’ button when I’m passing SMS verification. So I fail to log in every time, both when try to pass verification through SMS or phone call. Just nothing happens.

Is not working properly. Every time i try to log in via MBAS, it shows that i cannot access that directory, i am refreshing the page, i receive the code via SMS and then the page remains normal like I didn’t even logged in. I have to try a few times until it works.
OTP comes but cannot sign in no button for that
While logging in from home it goes till otp verification where otp comes i fill it in now there is only cancel button no button for signing in?
