not as colorful as Taio, but fewer distractions make it more useful for useful work with desktop, and is good to see more frequent updates have restarted👍🏻

I would be willing to pay twice Marknote's current price every year so that enhancments continue.

Since 2008 I've been using & stlll use Trunknotes a similar markdown wiki with scripting support. Trunknotes was discontinued 2 years ago cuz it was not financially viable for the developer. I've bought multiple devices to ensure Trunknotes keeps working on my devices. If my oldest device stops working after it's updated with a new release of iOS, i will not update the rest.

I'm quite pleased with Marknotes especially cuz i can store its data on iCloud & use it on multiple devices. Hopefully Marknotes adds scripting functionality.

Great little let down by disappointing and major omission
As one of very few (currently the only?) MD editor that supports mermaid diagrams, this would be ideal for developers producing documentation in their repos, on the go.
Except that on this iPad version the app can only store and edit MD files in iCloud storage, which is not where you will find most dev’s keep their repos.
If the app added support for additional file locations it would elevate this app to a 5 star rating. Not having it exacts a huge cost in the rating. For me. ymmv.

Simple but useful
I like this tool. Seems like a good solution to mange my notes :)
