Great puzzle game!

Nice, straightforward logic puzzle game. Can be a little fiddly to tap the right answers on phone but it’s a minor quibble. Fantastic!

Best logic game

I love the Einstein’s Riddle / Zebra Puzzle games. Marple is still my all-time favorite. Thanks

Great puzzler, needs updating!

This is a great little puzzle game, which unfortunately currently has a game breaking bug where the last clue is cut off. This makes the games unsolvable without having to guess. I hope the dev sees this and gets an update out!

A favorite!

Why don’t more people know about this game? It’s one of the best. Please make an iPAD version.

Been playing since 2008

I’ve been playing this game off and on since 2008. I keep coming back to it as a way to occupy a few to a lot of minutes.

I’ve never seen your clues to be wrong but I came across one

Puzzle 231 had a serious error.
I took a screenshot for you but can’t send it in the review.

This game has a learning curve, but once you learn all the techniques it is enjoyable game after game. It’s a classic puzzle game that I've been playing for years.

Would be an awesome Apple Arcade addition

Still playing sooo many years later. I'm happy this got updated for 64bit, unlike so many other abandoned apps from that era.

This is a clone of another game

This app seems pretty old, but it’s definitely not as old as the game it’s based on. Everett Kaser software created a game far too similar to this one in 1991 — Sherlock. Even the names are too similar. I’ll try this game out to see if it’s original at all but winning awards in 2008 for a game created almost 20 years earlier doesn’t sit well with me.

Good logic game with poor implementation

Very good logical game in design. Poor implementation though, missing basic features such as undo. Display is not adapted to iPhone 14 pro’s dynamic island.

Nice logic game

A great “One more game…” app. I’ve really loved logic games for the last 20 years and this one is a nice mix of new elements. That said, once you know the rules it’s relatively simple so it’s far more about being observant than thinking things through…but I still enjoy the test of my ability to notice what next step I need to take….

An absolutely perfect game

One of the first I ever downloaded and still the best

A classic I keep returning to

I’ve been playing this app since the iPhone 3G was released, and I will always have it on any iOS device I own. A simple, classic, fun game. Good brain exercise without being stressful. For me, it’s a must-have game.

100x better if all the fonts were changed to Helvetica

Very fun game if you can overcome the steep learning curve. Would be 100x better if all the fonts were changed to Helvetica.

Fun Game

I have had this game probably almost 10 years. Love the logic to and still recommend all these years later.

Amazing

Back when I got my first iPod Touch I wondered if anyone had created a game similar to a game I played in the 1990s. I found Marple. I just finished my 1000th game. Can’t wait for the next thousand.

all time favourite

Downloaded this on iPad one - so ten years ago?
Thank you for still being here.

If apps were friends, this is the one that never annoys. Some scream into your life like a marching band, grabbing both your hands and sweeping you up into a frenzy, then they turn a corner and they're gone. You're left sapped of energy, and sometimes a sense if having been used.
Marple often pops in to say hello - keep me company over a cuppa — “she don't smile or flirt, just wears that mini skirt...”

Excellent puzzle app

Have had this app for ages and I love it. A unique puzzle to solve that keeps you thinking - a more interesting version of sudoku. Would definitely recommend.

iPad Pro portrait view -board goes offscreen

Issues with board placement (goes off screen top right) when on Portrait view on large iPad Pro

Otherwise love this game!

Great game

Great brain game and I appreciate how it is still being updated
