Terrible
This app is awful. Very, very, very few options for actual online banking. And those options that are offered rarely work smoothly. I’m switching banks because of the app. Compared to my prior bank (EastRise) this thing is like working in DOS.
Terrible Bank
I had to switch banks because they kept taking money out of my account for various random things I did not approve, like paper statements that I did not ask for and for some bizarre reason they tried to charge me $12 a month for roadside assistance????? When I called and asked them why they did that they said that they want to make sure that all of their customers can take advantage of all of their services. OK. But signing me up for a paid account that I didn’t ask for is not doing me a favor. It’s stealing from me.

Not receiving notifications
I currently am not receiving notifications of charges made to my account despite the fact that the app says I’m receiving all notifications available. This is not acceptable. Please correct this as soon as possible. Thank you.
Got yelled at by customer service
I have been getting error messages on the app on both my iPhone and iPad that appear before I am even given the option to enter in any login information. When I called the customer service line to try to resolve this, the woman raised her voice at me and kept insisting that I just needed to change my password even though the error message would appear as soon as I opened the app on both of my devices. She continued to raise her voice, yelling the phrase "it's really not that deep" and would not allow me to speak to anyone else until I expressed that I felt uncomfortable.
Even when I was handed off to another woman, she kept having me repeat the same steps and said that I should contact Apple about the issue, even though I am also unable to access the site through my PC.
I understand that this is a local bank, but this experience was awful and I still don't have access to online banking. I just wanted to see if my last paycheck had gone through.

can’t use with VPN
This app denies you access when a VPN is in use. It’s 2025 man, get with the times. Bad app and pretty bad bank as well
Pretty bad
Basic app that looks to have been made previous to the iPhone 7. Does have a “Zelle” feature that rarely works. Super basic.
Downright horrible
One of the worst banks I’ve ever had to deal with. Their app is using UI and tech from 2014. Truly appalling design and user interface.
On top of that, if it’s past an undisclosed time (there’s no real rhyme or reason, nor is there any pattern I’ve been able to figure out) you will be unable to transfer money between accounts or use your mobile banking app other than to look at the accounts. Just really bad.

A huge problem
Now on two occasions I go into Friday evening with money in my account and my pack check in my hand. Get locked out of the app, can’t get ahold of customer support until monday morning. Can’t deposit my check until Monday morning. By Sunday night I’m $30 negative and Marquette bills me $35 for every swipe of the card once you’re negative. So now they’ve held your finances hostage for a weekend

Went to Marquette bank today for a gift card I won and left out the door with a gift card and a new account! Really good service Chris was really nice and talked to me about everything I needed to know and answered all my questions! Really nice big space really good service.
Zelle
The app works fine, Zelle is the one giving me a hard time with it keeps telling me I have to sign out then back in in order to access the features which I have multiple times and still haven’t been able to use it!
I’ve been with this bank for almost 5 years
there trash they don’t help with what there supposed to they give you the run arounds and if your card and stuff get stolen they won’t give you your refund they don’t work with you at all and they close accounts without communicating with you I would never recommend this bank to anyone not even my worst enemy I only stayed with them for so long because this was my first bank and I didn’t no much about banks but now I do and I’m glad to say I’m no long with this waste of time/trash

Zelle settings missing
App does not give me the option to remove an old email from Zelle.
Main screen
I don’t like that my account totals are on the main screen. Anyone around me to see all that I have. It would be better to choose an account and then see the info.
Unacceptably Bad
When the app works, it’s fine, a perfectly functional 5/10 app. When it doesn’t work, which is at least 25% of the time for me, it’s laughably bad. Constant issues signing into your account, and it’s been an issue for multiple years with simply zero solutions offered or being put into place. Quite honestly the app will most likely be my main reason to move to ally or chase.
P.S. The 5 star reviews suggesting that the app functions better than Chase, Ally, etc are deluded.

Works fine, but could be better
The app itself works fine, but there are a few things I’d love to see added.
It would be great if we could customize the order in which the accounts show in the main screen. I’m a signer on accounts for my Mother, husband and children besides my own and it would be to helpful if I could reorganize the order or make a note on which account is which.

Works for me.
I’ve had my share of login trouble. Face ID not working currently. Overall I’ve been able to do what I need to within the app.
Been having this app for 2 years. Fix your glitches
For a bank that claims to be independent and different it gets really old when they can’t fix this stupid app. Numerous numbers of your customers and people are sick of dealing with this goofy and glitched out app. People getting locked out from their accounts, 3 times I gotta get face verified, logging me out, error codes. FIX THIS
