Sorry excuses for an app
It provides no info on any of my bill but , very user unfriendly, forces you to change password and would not accept the new password when the new password meets all requirement. I set up to use Touch ID, it still forced me to sign in. Poorly designed app which not existing would be an improvement.

Can’t sign in
This app won’t let you sign in, and I have been logged in before. So bad.
App Does Not Work
The issues I have experienced for a year now:
-my auto policy will not load into the app
-it freezes all of the time and I have not shutdown and try again, only for it to freeze again
-the contact pages do not work, and when I email support directly, they do not respond
-it is not user-friendly at all

Doesn’t work
I have tried several times over the past few years to use this app. It doesn’t work. I can never even sign in.
This app literally doesn’t work
No matter how many times it asks you to input your information for signup, all it ever shows is a “formatting incorrect” message.
No one at this company answers their phones, and the app is trash.

Don’t bother
The app is unusable because the Trufla 2FA they force you to use to login takes forever to send the code by email. You end up spending 10 min refreshing your inbox just to try and log in. Extremely frustrating
I don’t understand how this has 1.6 stars?
Seriously, somebody must’ve fat fingered something more than 1 star because I’ve never seen a less functioning app. You literally can’t register let alone use it…

The app works about as well as Marsh does as a broker. Both are beyond useless.

Impossible to sign in as the app crashes once you entered all correct information. Not wasting my time in this. Lol

Every single time I log in it errors. It takes me 10 minutes to get in. Once in I have to always update my password. This app is so frustrating.
Waste of time
Impossible to sign up or login. A useless interface that repeats an error code of necessary fields are missing info, despite all fields being filled. Love that I have no way of accessing my paperless insurance account!!!

You put it your information correctly and it tells you it is still missing info. Don’t waste your time.

Marsh Limited Canada continues to refer their costumers to this app, why?? You can spend hours forever trying everything to register/sign up. Why doesn’t Marsh have its developer fix this app?? Simply because they do not care about addressing the complaints of their costumers enough to solve this ongoing problem that has been their for over 3 years!!

Like others I try to sign up with my info and says the info is incorrect…

Every time I try to sign up, I get an error message stating all required fields need to be filled out. They are all filled out! Completely broken and useless app. I guess I will be waiting on hold for over an hour now.

I have attempted to register at the urging of my broker many times - this app is incredibly unhelpful and inadequate.
Maybe if the developers actually worked on trying to fix its issues - people would actually sign up and utilize it.

Impossible to use
So many codes…no time. Worst app ever! One week to get assistance. Still need another code. I’m done trying!

One time password that is valid for 15 seconds. It's a race against the clock every time. I lock myself out constantly. So good.
