Great service, But…
The zones need to be Extended and should be serviced to more Marta stations

I just went through the entire process of registration, just to wait for a Vehicle that said it arrived and then left twenty minuets later because I didn’t show up. Which is weird, because I stood at the designated pick up spot at the station where, get this, no one or vehicle showed up.
It didnt have a way of contacting or anyone to even communicate where I was, the reach pick up spot 😐, to see where they were or to communicate that no driver had showed up at all.

Pleasant Experience
This was my first time using MARTA Reach. All worked well, and the driver was pleasant!

Marta app no good
Terrible customer service app never worked from Eastpoint marta station to other points from there
So far, great. But…
This service was a great idea, but it was implemented horribly. I love the fact that I don’t have to use Uber anymore and pay 15-20 dollars just to go 8 minutes up the street; however, there are a lot of kinks and issues that must be addressed. One major one being the designated stops need to have signs on them so people will know exercise where to stand to find their Reach bus. There is too much confusion in that arena right now.

Not acceptable to pick riders up at there door.
Pick up should be at a Marta Station in the zoned area. Let’s say I got a pick up time at 7:00am and there is 5 more pickup I will have to wait about an hour before I get dropped off at my destination.THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. PLEASE WORK OUT ANOTHER WAY. BESIDES DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE. TO REACH OUR DESTITUTION. PLEASE AND THANK YOU.
