Great idea MARTA…
My only issue with this service is the customer service (typical MARTA, I know!). Other than that, it’s been a really useful service.

The zones need to be Extended and should be serviced to more Marta stations

I just went through the entire process of registration, just to wait for a Vehicle that said it arrived and then left twenty minuets later because I didn’t show up. Which is weird, because I stood at the designated pick up spot at the station where, get this, no one or vehicle showed up.
It didnt have a way of contacting or anyone to even communicate where I was, the reach pick up spot 😐, to see where they were or to communicate that no driver had showed up at all.

Pleasant Experience
This was my first time using MARTA Reach. All worked well, and the driver was pleasant!
Love it!
Love the new services! The drivers are so friendly and helpful!
