Showing Progress
I have to say that the app has made progress over the last year or so. I used to get frustrated with Martin’s Ad coupons not working but recently they seem to be working well along with Digital Coupons. I used to almost always find an issue when I checked my receipt and now prices are almost always correct!
The only criticism I have at this time is that Produce Dept. quality seems to have dropped while prices have significantly increased.
Just a quick example is peppers (both green, red, yellow & orange)
The price is up but the size is much smaller especially the green and red peppers. One other item is asparagus. Often the asparagus is so narrow it’s shameful! Even during the season it regularly ran extremely thin! It’s bad when Walmart has nicer looking asparagus and items. That used to never happen! There are several other items that have the same issues. Martin’s/Giant Produce used to be excellent but has slipped to slightly above average. This isn’t just one store. I regularly shop in Waynesboro, Gettysburg & Linglestown and these issues are not just in one store. I worked and retired from the Grocery business so I have a solid understanding of the business. I like Giant and am just trying to give you honest feedback.

2/13/26 - I would have done an email but one can only send their concerns via social media, ie Facebook. We were looking for that crab pretzel in the store under the name in coupons - Arooga, but my spouse said he finally found it by the name Phillip’s. I’m glad he finally found it. He doesn’t have the receipt anymore, so I can’t tell how much he paid for it. I’m hoping it was $5.00 and not $8.00. I did the “clipped” before he went to the store but because of the different names, it is very confusing!

Coupon use - if a shopper can only clip one item of said food, why then do they show TWO? It makes it confusing. They should only show ONE item- not two.
I have a screen shot to prove it. IF I’m able to clip and paste in here?
Naw, options don’t include paste. Oh well.

All your updates, now up to Ios16, I can no longer redeem since I have an older iPhone that doesn’t support this!!!
3/22/25 I see someone busy with redoing app. That’s cool. Ok, it’s Saturday night. I was trying to find out how early they open on Sunday. I be believe I’ve tapped everywhere??? Also, what’s the best day/time to get the donuts? Thank you! Subject: Activia - wouldlikejust blueberry 1/14/25 Can we get just Activia in blueberry? I’m getting tired of the mixed berry version! I’m not really keen on strawberry. Maybe that’s why. I would like to tell that to the company but they’re near sighted when it comes to “Contact Us”. Don’t people still send emails? My other options when looking are centered around Instacart. No Thanks!!! Oh and grocery stores that don’t exist where I live, such as Safeway. I’m usually at your store shopping. I do like the minis and they used to do those until fairly recently. Then decided for everyone that it’s better to be “mixed”, I’d mixed berry. That’s great for those that like mixed but now the company wants to ignore people that just want blueberry. Subj: Filter by…Meats would be nice 8/2/24 - coupons to clip and pic NOT matching up! Tasso ice cream bar and L’Oreal Hair Color? What gives? 4/7/24 - While I make recent updates, there is still the option for some of us to enlarge clippable coupons. I’m not familiar with all products, so surely you can see the need to Pinch to enlarge? This option works ok with other apps, please make it work for the Martin’s app too? Title: Twice as many coupons from the Pharmacy 1-16-24 I just went thru the clippable coupons so I could have them on my card. It seems like there’s twice as many coupons from the Pharmacy area than they have for the grocery side. Your clippable coupons and total items should be consistent. If it’s only one item then ONLY one item should be show. If you have to buy two items then only 2 items should show. You do I sometimes but you are definitely not consistent.

You app sucks
Your app never has anything organic on sale. Plus it doesn’t show fruits or vegetables on sale either especially organic!!
Solid Grocery App
This app is perfect for accessing weekly ads, clipping coupons, and collecting points. Points are tracked and can be redeemed in multiple ways. Great app!
Useless
Every time that I sign in it asks to update my email address even if I did it the day before. Now it won’t even accept it. I just stuck in an endless loop.
Joke of an app
I just want to be able to delete my account. Why is that so hard?? And no. We don’t want to talk to some random person about it. Fix your app. Not worth my time.
Coupons not clipping
I am attempting to clip coupons to save time in the store and they are not clipping
Never loads and login failures
I think this is honestly the worst app I’ve ever used. I’m shocked it’s from a major grocery store. I’ve registered, verified my email, reset my password a dozen times and it always says login credentials don’t match their records. Never mind it was just made and Passwords app saved it and so the chances of it not matching are ridiculous. Nice store, terrible app developed

Can no longer tell the store I arrived
They recently removed the ability to tell the store when you are ‘on your way’ and when ‘I have arrived’ returning back to having to text a number on the sign in the parking lot.

Difficult to set up
No matter how hard I try, I can’t link my account with my current card using either the card number nor my phone number.
Glitchy
Have been happily using this app for 2 years. There was a problem with sorting early on, which was finally fixed. However, now as I’m scrolling through my shopping list, it keeps jumping to a different section so I am completely unable to see the bottom third of my list. Maybe I need to delete some items (I have >140), but I can’t even access the bottom of the list to be able to delete things. Extremely frustrating!

My Martins
My Martins is filled with kind and caring staff that know my name and are always happy to see me. My Martins has the freshest food and the best prices. My Martins feels like home.
Unable to checkout error
Customer not allowed to shop. iPhone 16pro deleting and reinstalling didn’t fix the issue. I have broken fibula and can’t physically go into the store to get groceries

This app hasn't function properly for the last several months. I can place an order and it goes through because I get the confirmation email. But it disappears from the app completely. I can't see it, modify it, approved substitutions, or notify the store when I'm on my way. No one seems to know how to fix it or how long it will remain a problem.

Worst sign in and account creation
I am 25 and can’t get this system to work. My college degree, commercial drivers license, communications merit badge, or the Bible were of no avail for this travail.
The app made me go through the account creation process 3 times, then wouldn’t link my existing Martin’s card. I’m not just an old man raging. Then when I finally just created a new martins card, the coupon in the store would not scan and let me clip it. There was no obvious place in the app to scan the QR code the sign in the store said to scan. I’ve spent an eternity trying to save $3 on strawberries and now I’ve decided to save $4 by not buying them at all. Who gave all these businesses the idea that we need an app for every grocery store. I already have the rewards card just give me the coupon already. Honestly going back to just newspaper ads would fill me with less rage.

Lots of room to be better
Crashes often on iPhone. Adding coupons & offers can be pain. Have to add one by one. Takes time for rewards or coupons to be usable at store. Those are main reasons but many others.
