Used birthday promo today. Great food & service
Staff were friendly and welcoming. I ordered a cold Bk and a lady with blonde hair helped me redeem my birthday promo for a free tempura, she was immensely helpful. I also made small talk with the manager and we had a blast. Will come again soon!

Very confusing
I love their food but not their app, or should I say appS? There’s the “Marugame Udon USA” app, but it directed me to an app called “Thanx.” WHY? Today the Thanks app says it’s expiring and to “download new app.” I ended up back at the Marugame USA app!
Gyudon Heaven
I love the Gyudon Rice Bowl. My only wish is that I had the option to add extra black pepper sauce. Other than that, it’s great.

Do not get this app, scam
Love the noodles, but deleting this app. Really frustrating, worse rewards program I’ve ever encountered. This app has more cons than pros. 1) Points expires in 1 day. 2) can only upload 2 receipts per day. 3) must provide credit card even when balance is zero (when claiming a reward). 4) there is zero to no support.

Cheap reward program
You create a reward program, why not make it exciting for your customers? It always feel pity to use this app to redeem rewards. Want a free tempura? Ok but the big chicken katsu is excluded. Want a second tempura? Ok but you have to wait 45 minutes. Really? Is it a reward or a punishment? What did you have in mind when investing your effort into creating this reward program?

I’m so glad you have this app to order to go. It’s super easy and fast. This is my 2nd time ordering from the app. I always order the Vegan miso for me and husband and the veggie tempura. Thank you!!

Why do I need to reconfirm the credit card? I already put it the first. Time. Also just use Apple Pay.
Poor interface.
The interface is very bad. You have to upload your receipt every time to get rewards. Even when I scanned to use 2 of my rewards none of my past purchases show up. I have to take a pic of the receipt every time. Also why does the reward receipt need my credit card information? Makes no sense. I hope they correct this in the app. Make it easy for people to scan and get their pouts without having to take an extra step to ask for a receipt which isn’t always given. Then take a pic of the receipt and upload it.

When ordering online the $5 won’t go thru and then disappears! So frustrating!
