Absolutely fantastic to be able to book a Norland Nanny so easily. We’ve been using the app for a couple of years now and every nanny we’ve booked has been fantastic! If only we could keep them full time 😎.
Wonderful App and brilliant service
The app is clear, easy to use and make bookings. It really reassuring that Marvellous is partnered with Norland College, as all nannies are highly trained and vetted. In addition to the brilliant nanny service, there's a host of useful content when looking for recipie ideas, games to play or general advice. Great comms with founder Ella, who is super responsive and on hand if you have any questions.

Love this app, helps me find I can trust at short notice
Outstanding service from beginning to end
We used the Marvellous nanny app to enable trusted care whilst we traveled internationally to London.
The whole process was seamless and there was help provided to ensure that my unique situation, coming from overseas, did not hinder the ability to use the platform and book excellent Nannies. The app functionality is personalised and the support using the app was outstanding.
The two Nannies we used were both professional, caring and conscientious. We could tell they had experience and training to a very high level. It provided a great sense of ease and enjoyment to our trip.
I highly recommend this app and we will use it again without any question or doubt.

App super glitchy
The app is really glitchy, couldn’t sign up, error message at photo upload, had to reinstall a few times to get it to work. It loads very slowly and it feels like the app hasn’t been updated recently, it’s a great idea but really need to improve the tech. Annual fees are high but I guess that’s also the barrier to keep it more exclusive.

This app works brilliantly! I’m a Norland Nanny and it’s very easy for me to use and laid out clearly with the families and the jobs to choose from. I’d definitely recommend this to Norlanders to use and for family to sign up.

I’m absolutely loving this brilliant app. I’ve met so many really wonderful families. It’s a great concept where I can pick and choose jobs that work for me, around my own family. I’m loving the variety of ages I’m working with and bringing all of my years of childcare experience as well as motherhood experience together. Ella (founder) definitely has the best interest of both the Nannie’s and families at heart and has great ideas in the pipeline to make this app even more marvellous in the future.

Such an incredible resource. High quality, trustworthy, reliable and friendly childcare made easily available via this app. Helpful, polite and efficient customer care too. It has saved our last minute childcare requirements on a number of occasions now and I won’t use anyone else.

Great App
Really great service - it gave us such peace of mind to be able to book a Norland nanny to babysit our 5 month old on our first evening away from him. The app itself is intuitive and easy to use, and the customer support has been fantastic.
Brilliant Customer Support
I had tried for a longtime to arrange childcare but Marvellous Babysitting went out of their way and actually found someone where other apps had failed. It’s nice to know that all nannies will be highly trained professionals as well.
