Worst app
This is I think the worst app any fast food / coffee place has come out with. It’s needs some major improvements in fact I think the whole app needs a refresh. I would also love if you guys allowed the staff to scan the app so we can get points during in store purchases too.

I’m still not able to order everything I want through the app or online.
There’s no option for turkey sausage, which is available at the stores. Still have not been able to pay using Apple Pay.
Very difficult to find items, takes a lot of clicks. Very unpolished app., clicking on their logo takes you to a broken DoorDash page.
The fact that its rating averages two stars says it all. It’s a shame to have such a great store with such a bad app. This just says they don’t care about their customers.

Coffee ready quick, too quick?
Coffee was ready within 5 min but a mint mocha coffee was ordered. My coffee is neither mint nor mocha. Did they even read the order that came in? I’d rather wait a couple extra minutes and have my coffee be the way I want it. I don’t want to pay an additional $1-2 for extra mint/mocha. Mary Lou’s coffee used to really be something, but recently it hasn’t been anything special at all. Don’t see myself visiting again any time soon

Coffee perfect, app awful
When I order multiple coffees on the app, it doesn’t show the sizes to the employees. Inconvenient.
Web v App
Ordering from the web site should not be different where it has all the add ons V. the app where there are only a few. And when ordering inside the store. All ordering should be unified. I’ve had to order from the app and in store for the same day. and there should be comments on the web. Why is that an option if you trying to move the base to online if not than it should be scraped.

Flavors
One of the things I wish the app had, was a description of the flavors of the coffee, or what’s in it. I love the coffee, the app works, but I feel like I’d try more than just the AOK cookie, if I knew what flavor profile the other drinks were!
Doesn’t work
There’s some weird bug that keeps preventing me from ordering.. I’m logged in, have a debit card linked and when i try and pay it asks me to put my name and number in but then it tells me there’s already an account ? Anyways .. it doesn’t work 😂
Good in theory, not worth using
My expectations might have been high as a Starbucks app user…but things you won’t find with this app:
1. Time savings from pre ordering - no matter how much lead time I give I’ve NEVER had it done in the 8-10 min that the app always said. Most times 20 min isn’t enough. You also have to wait in line regardless because the coffee is left behind the counter.
2. Rewards for your order - the cash back is negligible. Lowest of any coffee shop I’ve used including non chain shops.
3. Help with your order - most online ordering apps give you the ingredients of their items for you to customize your order. Not Mary Lou’s. If you don’t know what’s in the item, ordering it on the app isn’t going to help.
Take some note from other companies and improve upon the experience.

Update the app please
There’s no place to add a gift card. It’s not clear when adding milk or cream if light means light on milk or the color of the coffee will be light
No ability to add gift cards
I love Marylou’s and the app is great to navigate through but the payments should have the ability to add gift cards as a way to pay.

I didn’t seem to have any issues getting the app, and it was working for a long period of time. I re downloaded and tried to see if there was something else wrong. It’s not loading. I don’t know what to do.
Needs to be more user friendly
App should also be able to scan for points. I have spent so much money on Mary Lou’s and you can’t scan to redeem credit.
No way to add a tip for the employees
The app is okay, a little slow and not user friendly though. My biggest complaint is that there’s no way to add a tip for the employees
Coffee with flaws
In the app when ordering a coffee it asks what dairy to add to the coffee. If you specify that you want extra cream you have to choose light on a scale of light to dark. HOWEVER, the staff interprets the scale as light to heavy. This results in getting the opposite of what you wanted. Dunkin just asks “how much do you want?” With a number scale. Do that.

Inconvenient
Can’t order everything on their menu through mobile. So I often order and then have to order the rest when I go there or just will order all in person.
Doesn’t work
The amount of times it has placed an order and didn’t show up at the marylous location is absurd.
OK coffee, terrible app
This app is incredibly janky. It looks and feels like it was put together by a child who was learning how to code. It doesn’t look very professional. It’s not very smooth. It looks like they went with the cheapest option and you definitely get what you pay for. I’ll be uninstalling after I use the $4 gift card for signing up.

Redbulls
For some reason the redbull infusions cost two different amounts when you go in store vs if you order online. It cost a whole extra dollar if you want to add flavoring. This just recently started and makes no sense. Now I can’t even use the app with out spending 7.34 on a redbull.
Can’t log in
After my phone updated I have no way to log in. I have tried my password which they say is invalid, but they’re is no option to reset it
